I made a charge of $6.93 on an outdoor pump so that I could fill my loaner car up and return it. They charged my card $6.93 plus $200 which they said was a hold and that they would give the money back at some point, which they had no idea when that was gonna be. I asked them to cancel the charge and they refused.
