Something in the store smelled AWFUL and I have no idea what it was or where it was really coming from. Also, I come in around 9:30pm and virtually no employees are here. Welp.

It is a shame that this Walgreens has gone down so much.
I have been here twice in 10 days and both times I have encountered the poorest service, specially in the photo department. There are simply too many missed opportunities to serve well, and I think it’s because they are understaffed. Last week I ordered prints and received a text that they were ready only to arrive an hour later and my prints were not ready. The worst part is that the team member seem to be annoyed with me rather than try to help me. I decided to wait for my prints. Now again today I come to Walgreens to ask about a photo album that according to tracking was delivered to the store on April 19, only to be told that it was not in the store. I had originally asked the manager for help, but he sent an associate because he was stocking items on a shelf, but when the album was not found he had to come and help me.
Then he proceeded to tell me that he had to go to the “mailbox” to pick up any items that may have been delivered there. So more
waiting.
I understand that the store may have been closed for Easter, but the mailbox had not been checked since Monday! If I had not come asking for my album, I would not even have been notified that had arrived. It took me coming to the store to ask about it for them to actually go check the mailbox. That is not costumer service.
I do have to say that the saving grace of this store is the pharmacy team, including Teresa, who has known me for all these years and definitely provides excellent service. I have been a constant customer for over 20 years, but I think today was my last visit inside.
I will be going to Weston from now on for anything other than my prescriptions, which I pick up via the drive-through.

since most negative reviews here go unanswered this is mostly for us customers.
i had a very ridiculous experience yesterday trying to deposit cash into my debit card. first, Carmen doesnt speak english. they put her behind the cashier and she is making a ten minute interaction into a thirty minute one. she counts all my money (in a very nasty and annoyed way) to then tell me in a slightly more happier way that she can only deposit $500. She ends up dropping one of my dollars which she refuses to admit is mine- so she kept it. And i ask her to count the money again bc at this point she is stealing and she does so trying to appease me and being rude. I had to tell her to quit the attitude to do her job and finally another coworker comes by and she acts normal.
please Walgreens you are a pharmacy. I understand this is south florida but you have people like this dealing with prescriptions or money and at this point this lady is a useless thief.
Will never come to do this here again, I’m glad CVS offers the same services i wish they were just open later.
And again the lady’s name is Carmen, please stick her to stocking product.

The customer service here is always pretty bad but today specially. The store itself is fine but it’s always a hassle to checkout. Idk why it takes 10 minutes to find someone that works there and then have them come over to help. It’s almost like they don’t want to make money. The manager of the store needs to improve the customer service.

I don't know if its lack of staff, training, or just poor management, but I've seen teenagers manage a garage sale with more efficiency, service, and organization.

No one in photo. Young lady at register very unfriendly. Went to the one down the street such better service- in and out. This location has gone down except for its cosmetics team.

So much for being open till midnight. Venture to this location at your own risk. Showed up at 11:45 pm and everything was closed down.

The pharmacist here was wonderful. She called around to other Walgreens to find our diabetes device for pick up the same day. She went up and above and it is truly appreciated! Thank you

Ordered a photo mousepad on the kiosk, said it would be ready in half an hour so I waited and shopped. Then told at the counter it would take an hour and a half. Then came back after dinner 4 hours later and they say it will be ready tomorrow. Senseless

Be better. You guys closed at 11:30 when the sign clearly says open until midnight. Me and another patron wasted our time driving out here to get items that would have taken 5mins total to purchase. The employees here seem a little lazy. Get right or lose business.

Photo department: Terrible experience. You should fix your machine instead telling the customer that they are at fault for a photo card printing out misaligned, with no front or back page, and with the text cut off. Shame on you for putting this garbage in the envelope for me to pay and take home, later to realize that the card didn’t even print out the correct way, and nobody informed me when I picked it up. I designed the card on my computer making sure the text and pictures aligned inside the margins. I later sent the same photo card order to another Walgreens and it printed out perfectly. In the future, learn how to treat your customers as you should, apologizing for what happened and making sure you fix the problem. I went back and the lady printed out the order again, which showed up the same, all misaligned with no front and back page. Told me it printed out the same and that it was my fault, and just proceeded into doing her thing. I’m so frustrated. Terrible customer service at the photo department.
