I frequent this 7-11 often because the customer service here is significantly better than other locations in the area. My work in corporate sales keeps my days long, so I usually come in late at night. Rosemary is usually the one working, and I have to say, I’ve never seen an employee quite like her.
I once saw her catch someone stealing, and she takes her job seriously in a way that is rare these days. She always keeps a close eye on the store, watching over customers and protecting the place as if it were her own. Because of her, I’ve noticed a huge reduction in the “trouble” that used to plague this location. There used to be a homeless camp nearby, and it wasn’t a place my wife and I felt comfortable visiting. But after talking with Rosemary, she explained that she works hard to clean up the area and keep things in check. It’s made a world of difference.
What really stands out about Rosemary is how customer-focused she is. She always treats people with kindness and respect, something that’s becoming increasingly rare. Her dedication to her job and her work ethic don’t go unnoticed by me or my wife.
I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while because people like Rosemary, who go above and beyond, deserve to be recognized. Thank you, Rosemary, and thank you, 7-11, for making this store a better place. You’ve earned our respect, and we’ll definitely keep coming back!

Week after week I would go into the store to get nachos and they never had them. When I would ask the worker they said it would be on the next truck. After a month one of the workers had informed me that the manager decided to not order nachos anymore. This has become an inconvenience since I work in the plaza and there’s not another 711 for a few miles. Being pregnant that has been a craving very often.

2 days in a row I bought a Fume vape from these idiots. The vapes will work for 3 hours then immediately run out. This is because they let these things sit in the sun, burning all the wax out of it. Over $44 down the drain and they refuse to even help anyone who’s been scammed by their incompetence

If I could give this store a negative I would. Today 7am I had to break up a fight that happened between you employee and a 18 yr old homeless women! As she is hitting this women with her uniform on still ! I call the store to tell them about their employee and didn’t care !

I have one favorite 7-11, mainly due to the assortment of flavors of slurpee. The reward program is also very competitive and getting free stuff is just fun
