There was a table full of candy and printer paper stickied to it saying “buy one get one free.” I didn’t receive the bogo discount because I wasn’t a member but somehow got some other discount that isn’t that? I tried to return the candy after realizing I paid 6 bucks for 2 candy bars and was told no. I should’ve made sure of the total beforehand but it is misleading.

I wish I could say it was just the product I received that made it this low but it is also the people running the store. On 11/08/25 I used 7now for delivery beforehand I called the store to ask 2 questions, but when I called I was first off only met with hello not this is 7-11 so I wanted to verify if it was 7-11 before asking a random person on the phone questions. Then I get met with we don't do orders over the phone when I clearly just asked about how to order a little cup of the nacho cheese for hot dogs and couldn't even get my question answered. I get the order delivered and I have the most rock hard grill items ever including 1 I didn't order that was in place of another chicken roller. 7now doesn't have real help center so I can't go through them for help. I call the store today 11/09/25 5 times to get no response like they are hanging it up as I'm calling. Extremely unprofessional and insane a place in modern day can get away with such terrible service I paid good money to eat from this establishment. Instead of cooking it fresh like I've been told from many other 7-11 stores from my home town mobile orders are to be made fresh my mini tacos weren't fresh either but not as bad as the roller items

Pulled in here to use the bathroom and grab a few items. I have a medical condition so needed the bathroom badly and they were both closed. I also the two ladies behind the counter if they were closed and they confirmed it, I asked them where they go to the bathroom and they both avoided eye contact and didn't respond. I was upset cause I have a genuine medical condition that requires the bathroom often and they didn't care. There has to be some sort of employee bathroom in there that I could've used but no one cares anymore and the people who break/abuse the bathrooms to the point they're closed ruin it for regular folks like me. Just do better 7-Eleven. It was made clear to me you don't value me as a customer. I decided not to give a dime to this location because of the treatment. Rant over.

Jamie is amazing. Come here every night and when he's here always for sure refilling the milk for the cappuccino machine. Never have to ask. He is observant enough to notice. Unbelievable service for 7-Eleven.

great service by the staff, specifically Meet, he was exceptionally helpful and kind upon my frequent visits. Easily my favorite 7-11 ever, the slurpees slap every time, very clean establishment and great food too. 10/10.

I should have wrote this the other day but I wanted to say that I think your cashier Jesse is great and shows the customers he cares. He was pulled in several directions and still manages to be so kind and help me with what I needed (unlike some other associates- Zack Who is rude and AGGRESSIVE) Cheers to YOU Jesse!!!
