This store falsely advertises. Cigarette prices posted in the store are not what they charge you at the register!

Do not buy anything at this location since this location is a franchise the owner. This is per one of the workers that works at this location said since the gas pumps went down the ones that he could not fix the owner to compensate the money coming into his pockets he raised the prices on everything inside the store, I think that’s price gouging I think it’s unacceptable and she and I warn everyone not to come to this location and buy anything inside the store to because you’re gonna pay a 25% markup on everything because the owner is lazy and can’t afford to fix his own gas pumps so to compensate so he could get his money and live his lifestyle. Take more from the customer going to buy something inside the store .

Check your receipt bottled waters that they were advertising outside for a certain price and they charged me more. I looked at the receipt. I called her out. She was supposed to honor that price. She just refunded my money and told me to go to Walmart across the street “ total BAD attitude”. This is the third bad time I’ve had bad experience at this 7-Eleven . Clean the up the store . I usually don’t write bad reviews.

Everytime I go to this 7-Eleven the cashier's very disrespectful rude it's always that one lady that I see she needs to tighten up and treat people with more respect I literally just left there so whatever time is right now is when she's working and I'm over it I hate going to that place but it's the closest gas station when I'm on'y to go to she's very disrespectful so please get her tightened up

Got my wife a diet coke, which was ALL seltzer tasting, no syrup. Took it back in and informed the lady behind the counter. Thought maybe she'd fix it, nothing so I asked for refund, and her reply "SERIOUS"..... ok thanks. Wow, ok. Maybe a bad day, but no need to be nasty. This was yesterdat, 2-6 at about 6ish pm.

feeling disgusted my son and I stopped at this location feb 25 2020 to put some gas in the car we had just headed out to get a bite to eat and then we're on our way back home when we decided to stop at 7-Eleven to put gas in the car, my son went into the store with $25 he paid for a fountain drink and $20 in gas. at the time of transaction she was on the phone arguing with someone. he comes back out from the store and proceeds to walk over and pump the gas but the pump was not turned on he goes back into the store and ask the lady to turn on the pump and she asked him for the money again he said mam I just paid you. she denied the payment stated that he never paid her and that he was lying and trying to steal from the store. my son does not like confrontations among being disabled cerebral palsy. he comes back out to tell me what was being said as I could see him from the car I knew something was going on I went back into the store to see what was going on and automatically this woman became very defensive I said what are you trying to say that my son didn't pay you and is trying to steal from the store she replied yes and return I told her to watch the cameras or she's going to have to count her drawer she denied to do any of that she accused my son of stealing so I asked her so are you trying to steal from my son are you trying to pocket the money with? I told her she's the one being the thief my son has no reason to take from anyone we are not those type of people we have lived in this community for many years! how insulting! I told her I was going to call the cops she then proceeds to call who she says was management she then asked me for my driver's license and stated that they would give me the money but I would have to leave a copy of my driver's license and with her own words very aggressively said and if we come up short you will be sued! all of this in front of other customers screaming at my son. progressiveness just led me to believe that she was probably trying to steal from the store and scammed my son to do so. or either she was having a bad night because of her argument she was having on the phone or her complaining she was doing not paying attention to her customers let her to confusion but to take it out on a customer I would not leave my ID with someone that I am now thinking try to steal money! long story short the cops did arrive she ended up calling the police as I was also calling them the police officer went into the store came back out and handed my son the money and he also said we were being trespassed! how crazy is this? not that I would ever go back to that store anyway I would never take my business there ever again! this is the way they treat their customers or they allow these employees to do as they wish and treat their customers with such disrespect it's disgusting.

Devin went above and beyond for a customer tonight. Customer had a problem tonight with a propane cylinder from another store and Devin went out of his way to contact his manager then calling customer back with a solution. Devin handled this very professionally. Very very helpful and kind.

This store is old. It's not fully stocked. Don't have all the essentials like sandwich bread.Not going there anymore.

Not the same one that had the roof blown off during that storm which occurred approximately one month ago. This is the other 7-11 with a much stronger roof, yet same prices and almost identical items to purchase.

Every f bomb and bi..th bomb you could imagine between worker and possibly a coworker (jokingly) you could imagine about taking car keys. Vaping behind counter. Customer then cashes in something worth 50 dollars plus handfuls of rolled coin. Cashier explains she'll have to open everyone of them. Customer says"not my problem". She proceeds to start tearing coin rolls open onto counter. Put all my stuff on counter and left. Probably 10 people in line. I thought I have seen the worst service possible but now I know I have. 3 out of 4 corners have a gas station here....

Why this 7-Eleven has A low rating With a staff like Liz who's rude Not minding her own business telling me that I should go to Wawa or another store because they're cheaper that this 7-Eleven has the most highest prices aroundYou need to get a new employee she is terrible
