When I asked the employee if they knew if an item was on sale I was told I don't know.
Had she not been sitting playing on her phone maybe the touchscreen wouldn't have been so crusty to the touch and the store might have been cleaner.
Last time I will bother to enter that store.
As a side note to the morons posting links in Google reviews.... They don't work. You are just wasting your time.

Manager Ken goes out of his way to be unfriendly… he thinks he owns the store . Very sad… I will be going out of my way to get my gas somewhere else.

Lynette shouldn't be doing anything customer service. I asked for 2 green pack of camel crush menthol, she gave me blue packs. I was looking at candy when she was ringing me out not fully paying attention. After I swiped my card I saw the cigarettes on the counter were incorrect. I had never even touched the cigarettes at this point. Lynette Rudly let me know even tho they are the same price she can't switch them out. I asked why ? I asked for the correct thing and you made the mistake. She responded that she isn't switching them out and it isn't her problem. Extremely rudely. I waited for the manager who helped the situation. But the way this employee handled this interaction was very surprising and disappointing. My wife and I come often and brittnie , the boys , and the manager are great. Lynette not so much. 8:35 - 9:05 on 4/29

This store gets crowded sometimes, especially in the early morning. But its not a long wait and the staff is polite, friendly and helpful.

Gas pumps are slow. 7 minutes for 20 gallons. No receipt at the pump. Update 2nd visit. Slow gas pumps. Definitely an issue with their filters. 6 minutes to get 19 gallons. And no paper in the receipt machine! This is a drag on small business owner. Person working in the store said the machines at the pump is 7/11 issue not a store issue. It has nothing to do with the owner.

Horrible customer service at this location. Lady named Beatrice told me she couldn’t load money onto my cashapp card (to go do Xmas shopping) because “previous customers have gotten aggressive over cashapp transactions” and proceeded to tell me to leave the store for saying that’s stupid. Meanwhile it was 4pm during the day with a store full of people and she just didn’t want to load money onto a card and have extra cash to close her drawer will. She should find a job where to works alone if she’s scared to handle money

So gross. This store needs to be cleaned top to bottom. It was the stickiest coffee area I’ve ever seen. Nothing has been whipped down in ages. Grime and dust. Even under the shelves dirt and wrappers. Maybe hire some more people. Only person there is cooking food and taking money. That doesn’t should sanitary at all.

It's a new 7-Eleven and I think it was just recently purchased by someone else and whoever the new owner is has really let it go to s*** and that's unfortunate since it is newly built from the ground up and maybe a year and a half old and it is not taken care of inside or out

Was just shopping here from out of town absolutely horrible customer service I purchased a two pack jewel menthol 5% well when I got out to my car I realized that the cashier Tammy gave me Virginia tobacco 5% so I went back inside to try to exchange her mistake, saying please thank you She told me because I walked out of the store. She couldn’t do nothing about it. She immediately offered up the owners number which being a manager tells me that she is allowed to get away with doing whatever she wants Very sad please do better. I’d like my 16.99 back and I will do everything in my power to get my refund.

Older lady at register with black/purple ish i dont even know what color hair stumbled into work around 10:40pm (in regular clothes i didnt even know she was a worker) and said she could take the next person. I check out and try to buy a lotto ticket, which I am 18 with ID that I took out, and she says she can’t sell me the ticket because she needs my boyfriend (almost 19) ID as well?? Even though I’m buying the ticket for myself and hes just standing there? He left it in the car and she was extremely rude and like argumentative about it, we could’ve gotten the ID but at that point her attitude was gross and just being like a Karen I didn’t even wanna buy the ticket anymore my boyfriend told me it wasn’t even worth it to buy it with how she was acting. literally went to another gas station after and had way better service. 7/11 just hires anybody off the street.
