I am so impressed!!
Drive by so many times and decided to sign up monthly with them because the last place was expensive and couldn’t get my car cleaned!
Signed up for $39/month here and the staffs literally hand-clean my car’s exterior and they are super nice and friendly!!
Highly recommend!

Just got home from paying $101 to get my car cleaned. It's a brand new vehicle and didn't need a lot. But when I got home and took a good look at it, I'm highly upset. There is armor all spatter EVERYWHERE! Looks like someone sprayed it and then quickly hit some of it with a rag. Rag marks all over the interior. The bumper and running boards are filthy. Im going to have to redo it now by hand. Been going to this place to get full service for 5 years and have always been happy. The last 2 times I've went, the price has jumped significantly and the service is worse. Sadly, they've lost a long term customer. I certainly expect a clean vehicle for $101.

It was good enough for the price

Not worth the $10. This was not a real dirty car, I had to use their hand spray and towel to re-wash all the lower parts and back of the car. Went to use vacuums with very low suction, even the person next to me was mad.

As a member for over 2 years, yesterday I experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
My car was in the auto-shop and I received a loaner. Before returning it, I wanted to give it a quick vacuum at the place where, again, I have a membership and have paid to use the subpar vacuums for over two years. Their signs clearly state “NON MEMBERS must pay before using the vacuums”.
I pull up to the vacuums and see the workers, plus a lady who turned out to be the owner, staring at me. One guy walks up, asks me if I’m a member, I said yes and he walked away to the lady (very nice guy- the Hispanic one). Not even a minute later, another guy walks up and says he was told by the lady to come over and ask me where my sticker is. I explained the situation, that I was a member for over 2 years, and he continued to question me about why I didn’t have a sticker on my car. I told him I’d give him my name so that he could go validate that IM A MEMBER of the car wash. He comes back and says he’s sorry but the lady was telling him what to say, it wasn’t personal, and she said they’d “allow” me to vacuum my car. By this point I was done, again, a TWO minute vacuum.
After I left, I called in hopes to speak with a manager about how I was just interrogated and offer a recommendation on a better approach to validate membership status.
The number on Google isn’t correct, so I called the mechanic shop and a lady answers. She tells me that she’s the owner, and that “non-members” have been coming in and clogging up their vacuums without paying (which how do you even know WHO is clogging up the vacuums?) and that they’ve had to replace all these motors and so on… so she directed her team to come talk to me. After they hassled me and confirmed I was a member, she said she told them to let me know they’d “allow me to vacuum as a one-time courtesy”. A one-time courtesy for a member who has paid monthly for over two years to use these raggedy vacuums??? Over a $2, 2-minute vacuum???!
Yeah, I’ve never felt more unappreciated as a customer in my life, and I’ll be canceling my membership. I chose this place not because it’s great, but because it’s convenient and close to my home. Moving forward, I’ll be driving the extra miles for a better quality, more appreciative car wash.
Do better, business owner.

Matt and his partner did a great job making sure my car was clean and nothing was missed before I even went in I’m happy with the service no issues that I can find for the wash I got

Never met an owner of the business who is NOT for the customer. I had the car wash subtracting from my account and went in May to cancel and it still took out. Spoke with the owner and she was not willing to listen to me or look at the receipts that I had from my last visit to prove I paid not with the automatic. BEWARE do not go to this car wash. There are plenty more in town and who I am sure that the owners would appreciate your business unlike this woman.

Don't take a dirty car there cuz it's not going to get cleaned . If it's an already clean car that's the only way I can see this place ever getting your car clean through the automated wash .

I came by yesterday (Saturday) for a wash and detail and was told that after 4pm there aren’t enough employees for that and to come back today. I came back today and was told that there aren’t enough employees and to come back tomorrow. I travel Monday-Friday for work. Total waste of time. The employees are nice and respectful, even if the owners don’t want my $150+

Self service at your own risk! Used my card for a self service wash, didn’t realize the “green button” added “a minute” when pressed if more time needed. Long story short I pressed the button ONCE, prior to the water starting. Well I finished my quick wash in probably 5 minutes or so, and looo st the timer and it has 29 minutes on the countdown. When I told the attendant I was told “when y ou press the button it adds a minute”…..to which I promptly replied that I was 100% sure I did not sit and press the button 30 times. He then said he was told to never give refunds and the “use at your own risk sign”(the sign actually would pertain to damage resulting from use of the car wash not being charged by malfunctioning billing equipment). The worker offered to call someone which would have gotten nowhere I’m sure. He was nice, but I would steer clear of this place.

Terrible job left with bird poop still on my truck. Soap not rinsed off. This used to be a good car wash but now it’s a joke

Complete SCAM. Water has ZERO pressure, NO SOAP. Pricing is expensive considering how badly maintained this place is. Do not recommend self-serve at all.
