If you're looking for a car insurance, stay away from Aaa. I have a 2004 car and a 2012 Honda, both older, I only drive 10000 miles per year. No tickets, no accidents, no duis, good driver's license. For these two older cars, I only wanted collision on one of them and bare minimum insurance. They gave me a quote that was absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. For both cars over two thousand dollars for 6 months. This cannot be accurate. This is more than triple. What i'm paying right now. The lady said she had worked there for 10 years. Maybe she needs to find a new job. I don't know what the problem is, but this kind of insurance onto older vehicles. Totally ridiculous. Don't even bother getting a quote. I was going to sign back up and renew my triple a I don't think I'll ever go with these con.Artists again for anything. I just don't see how that is possible. That's $4000 a year for very old vehicles with bare minimum insurance. And I have an excellent driving rate. I've been driving for forty years. I figured I would save some money on the insurance if I signed up with the road service, they quoted me that price as if I had road service. I think I'm going to use AARP for road service because of this. Nonsense, kind of scammy business triple a is pulling. I even used to work for them. I always admired them and had a high opinion of them. They also used to cover you for4 services per year meaning, if you need a toe or a tire change, I find out today. If I signed up, I would only be covered for 3 emergencies a year. So they've cut back on that too. There's a lot of other road service companies out there. I'm just going to look and find it better deal. I'm sure that won't be hard to do. So in my opinion, if you're considering road service with them, forget about it. If you're considering car insurance, don't even bother, but of course, the choice is yours.

I felt like I was a bother. Only one man offered help on his way out the door. They did not take care of what they said they would.

Best location in town for travel services. Ally, my expert travel agent, can handle all my questions, and travel needs. You can get a AAA membership from Ally for $15 that gives discounts and perks for travel bookings. I didn't need the more expensive Autoclub membership to get the same travel perks and discounts. I like to research my own travel, but I give the details to Ally, and she finds things I missed or has specials not available to the general public, and handles all my travel documents!

Having TERRIBLE service for over a month in regard to a soon-to-be-paid claim and existing car insurance. It took nearly three weeks for a contract claims adjustor to go to the repair shop to look under the hood and approve the $1700 repair for rodent damage/chewed wires. A reimbursement check has yet to be issued because the AAA claims adjustor, Ashley Brown, cannot seem to get phone numbers correct to verify a wire direct deposit to our bank account. Still waiting after multiple phone calls to Ashley Brown. They can take your $$ for the premium, no problem, but getting refunded is wrought with delays and errors. This is no way to do business. I have already scheduled my AAA insurance cancellation after seeing, firsthand, what my boyfriend has been going through for over one month.

I had just moved here went into a vacant gas station. I tried to make a U-turn and retire what over the side of a curb. I called you play and they were there in 45 minutes with a tow truck to get the car from Over the curb. The man was very pleasant and it was excellent service. I would never do without AAA.

Went to inquire about auto insurance and homeowners insurance. Got some info but the lady was supposed to email me or call. I didn't get any follow-up and realized that she never asked for my email address.

Awful Wait times, last week I got a nail in my tire. I had a spare, and was in a safe place. I called at 3:00 on a Saturday, They rep said they would contact the local area and have someone out to change the tire. No one showed up until 8pm, it was dark. They decided to patch the tire and fill it up with air. It was a smaller truck so no lighting except a flash light. I was able to drive home hungry and exhausted. The next morning I saw the patch job I was horrified as I needed to drive on the highway 180 miles on Tuesday. The tire light came on showing only 20Ibs of pressure and should of been 36. I tried to fill it up and it held for an hour. I then called Monday at 2:45pm to have it changed. Once again the same company was discharged and showed up at 9am again in the dark. The tire was changed and filled. I made it home after waiting for AAA for 12 hours completely helpless. I could not imagine if this was daughter with her children or my Mother that is older. Horrible Customer Service, wish there was more choices.

Hear me, hear me; don't ever use AAA. They are worthless!
We took my brother to Tampa Airport yesterday and on the way my husband hit a bad pit hole and it blew two of his tires on the drivers side. He had one spare. We made it to the airport in time for my brother's flight; however, my husband and I got stuck at the airport waiting on tow truck from AAA all day from 11:00 am.
AAA, kept cojng up with excuses as to why they couldn't get a truck to come and get us. My husband even put a bad tire onto the back to drive the car down to the cell phone parking lot. Called AAA again, was told they would expedite our situation; this was at 4:00 p.m. We had reported our situation, plus spoke to a supervisor. He was no help, he was worthless.
By 5:00 pm with nothing to eat all day; we decided to call a couple of people about coming to pick us up. Praise the Lord and my good friend, Sheryl came all the way to the airport and picked us up. We finally got home; my husband called AAA again and believe it or not, they told him the same thing. That they still didn't have any yow trucks available to come & get us. So we would have still been sitting there waiting in that parking lot if Sheryl hadn't came & picked us up. AAA, did not & do not care about their customers. I got up this morning at 6:00 am, and our car is still not in the driveway.
So we are going to have to drive back down to the airport to take care of our car; no thanks to AAA! We are canceling our account with them.

Wouldn't come to help charge our battery or bring a new one! Two days before the storm..and even the day after the storm..Refused service! We were only 8 miles away!! So what good are they?? AAA is not the same great service as they once were! Sad! Ford came out to take care of our needs! Thank you Ford of Port Richey!

3 years ago I needed to have my car towed and they kept saying a tow was dispatched. ETA was given 4 times and still no show. This went on from 7:30 PM - 5AM. The same thing happened to my daughter, my grandson, a friend and a person on social media. Come to find out they no longer have a contract with a towing company! So good luck to anyone who needs a tow.
Yesterday I called for a quote for homeowners insurance for my 1092 sq. ft house. Opened my email with the quote and was shocked! Quote was for over $4,467. That quote was for a home replacement value of $$527,100! They couldn't even get that right. I replied to the email due to the error and never heard back. Not renewing my membership!

I've waited 26 hours for a pick up truck to come get meand my car. If i was stranded with no other car i wouldn't have been helped? i never ended up getting a pickup truck so im just going to do AAA a favor and make sure you guys remember what you did to me for wasting me time.

I've had AAA for very many years I absolutely love it they're always there earlier than what they tell you which is awesome. always friendly way cheaper than having to call a locksmith or a tow truck I don't go a year without them they have helped me more times than I can
