Ryan is the best mechanic I’ve been to hands down. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but his prices are very reasonable and he will take the time to really explain things to you. We called Ryan, the owner of alert auto in Spring Hill Fl, on Monday, Sept 25, as our vehicle stopped running properly over the previous weekend. Ryan and his staff got right to work diagnosing the problem and notified us Monday evening that he had some issues worked out but had a couple more things to address on Tuesday. Ryan called Tuesday evening to let us know the car would be ready on Wednesday. We picked the car up Wednesday the car runs great the work was done in a professional and timely manner. Ryan communicated with Susan about everything he was doing and the steps that they were taking to repair her vehicle. The repairs that were made were very reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend this full service auto repair shop to anyone having repair issues or looking for a qualified mechanic for all their auto repair needs. Please check Alert Auto first. Thank you, Ryan, for all your help and expertise. Ryan is undoubtedly the most honest mechanic we have had the pleasure of dealing with.

Ryan is the most honest, transparent automotive shop owner I’ve personally ever been to. He will diagnose the problem with your car exactly how it is & then go above and beyond to fix the problem. I went in for full diagnostics due to my check engine light being on, my cars rpm’s were shooting up super high without the car moving very fast & the shifting was very hard almost as if you were in a manual. He ran the codes for my check engine light & diagnosed it as my camshaft position sensor being out. Within just 4 hours of my car in the shop he was able to tell me exactly what the problem was & then fix it within the next 12 hours. When I had the exact same problem and took it else where it sat at the shop for 3 days and nobody could tell me what was wrong with it, much less fix it. I have taken my jeep to the Dealer for repairs but never again . I read the reviews on this garage and they were all excellent. When I called I new from then I had a new place to take my jeep for repairs . Ryan was very polite on phone gave me a price on my issue to be fixed was very professional. All I have to say is this a very honest place to go. They will not over charge you. Prices are responsible. They do everything to help you and explain and show you the problems they find . If you need a new mechanic this is definitely the one to go to .

Ryan is one of a kind. Now to start off I have to say I have not had my car in there officially but here's where it proves how amazing Ryan is. I was at the car wash next door with a minor issue. Chris from family car wash said let me introduce you to Ryan next door he could possibly help. Went over to meet Ryan he asked if my car was on site I said yes and told me to bring it over. Not only did Ryan help without question he did not feel compelled to charge me for quick fix. I plan on making it up to him by bringing my car to him from now on and proud to say I have my first official appointment with him Thursday. Looking forward to leaving my car in his care.
