I am looking to add a pool to my home and checked out the BBB as I researched pool builders. Ashton is listed there positively but after seeing the response they provided for at least one review made me reconsider using them unfortunately. This review is not empathetic to the buyer, justifies his actions and fee's because "everyone else charges fees" and insinuates poor maintenance on the pool/homeowner and lastly as been building pools for 25 years so how could he possibly be at fault. This is not someone you want to deal with in my opinion. Maybe this is simply arrogance. Maybe he is a great builder. But this is what you will get when you do have any questions or if there is a issue.

I had some plumbing work that needed done on my swimming pool that I could not tackle the owner of Ashton pools came out to my home and gave me a fair and honest price to tackle the job. The work done was 1st rate. I would highly recommend them.

Pool was installed during new home construction. 2 years later the bottom coating eroded in spots leading to pool leaking. When requested to evaluate the problem for repair they required a $150 fee to come out. Also, 3 tears in the screen surround. Very dissatisfied with lack of accountability for poor quality.Service: General construction

Ashton pools built our pool during construction of our new home. They were prompt with everything...communicative. Owners are respectful and professional. The workers are kind and respectful as well. Their prices were the best and they built us a beautiful pool! We couldn't be more grateful! Thank you Chip and Dale!
