I order a phone online for myself to pick up at this location. The phone was ready the next day on sunday.i go to the store pick up the and did not think anything of it. The rep gave me the did not scan it so I thought it works however not working the pick up status online still said ready for pick up mean while I had the phone for 5 days now however the pick up status says canceled so the store tells me ok u need to bring that phone back because our systems says we still have that because u did not scan the phone to be released u just handed me the phone bottom that store is ok however the rep sucks .

Shelby was such a blessing helping me switch from Metro PCS to AT&T. I was nervous but she explained everything so clearly and was so patient with me.
The price is a bit more than I’m used to, but the service is much better and I do love my new phone This is the best experience I’ve ever had from any cell phone store. What a gem, Thank you, Shelby and the rest of the team at the Spring Hill location

I was told by AT and T that I could return my trade ins to this store. The guy there told me no we couldn’t since we purchased the phones from BJ’s like that should make a difference it is still At and T. Well now going back and forth with AT and T for over a month trying to send in my trade ins I lost over 800.00. So thanks a lot for not wanting to do your job. The rep from AT and T said he definitely should have taken the trade ins and that they are an authorized AT and T dealer. Beyond pissed right now.

I’ve been an AT&T customer for years. I pay my bill on auto pay so it’s never been late. I went and purchased a new phone at this store. My recommendation to all customers is to find a different AT&T store! I can’t even give them a one star. The manager is completely rude, their sales person can’t even put a screensaver on correctly… I looked the store up after I bought my phone and I find out they don’t even have a 50% rating buyers beware… Travel to a different store is my recommendation.?

I was there today and it was truly a really great experience. (Which is weird to even say about a phone store - almost always a pain in the a$s.) John and Chris brainstormed to REALLY help me save a ton of money. Huge thanks to them both-I'll be back!!

If you live in Hernando county you may as well head to the store on commercial way because the one on Mariner hasn't helped us yet. They just send us to the one on commercial way. Don't waist your time at the one on Mariner

Walked in with a bill issue. Justin Eddie and Will put their minds together and were able to save me over $100 on my bill! Definitely will be coming here going foward. The store is nice and clean and very professional looking
