I began having issues with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra not connecting to the network and literally spent an entire Sunday contacting by phone ATT and Samsung and physically visiting my closest ATT store. Not only was I still unable to get the issue resoloved which I was being told by ATT was a manufacturers defect, but I was also being told I would need to purchase a new phone as the solution. The next day I drove an hour and a half to the corporate store manged by Paula Bell and was assisted by Jean Marie Jackson expecting to purchase a new phone in order to fix the issue. The level of customer care, technical knowledge and service I recieved was outdstanding in the face of what I had experienced thus far and through their assistance in replacing the SIM card was able to begin to resolve the issue without buying a new device. It was a stark contrast in my experience at this store versus all else. Thank you Paula and Jean.

I came in about a week ago to see about upgrading my phone to the latest iPhone and I was having a pretty bad day but this customer service rep I believe her name was nahia,was so helpful, understanding and cheered me up on top getting me a good deal on a new phone. 5 star service

I had such a great experience with the team today! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me understand my bill, and even upgraded my phone with no hassle at all. What really impressed me was how well they multitasked—helping other customers while still making me feel like a priority. Great customer service all around. Highly recommend this location!

horrible customer service. they dont answer the phone which is ironic for a phone company with 2 employees working. and the older lady like to sit on her 2 computers saying shes on a call yet all ive seen her do is scroll and stare at a screen with no repsonse given to anyone.

Hi, my name is Don and my wife Carol we were just at this location to have some service discussed options that were given by the sales associate Chris we were looking to upgrade phones and we were looking to transfer some information to other phones scenarios that were much needed by your sales associate Chris unfortunately we were there and while we were there, a young lady walked in with a set of crutches, went to the back room never saw her again The store manager went in the back room with her never saw him again as the time that Christopher was working out of bounds to offer great service and great technology of advice seven other customers walked in the door for the customers left Nobody was servicing these customers because the two associates in the back room we’re not offering any kind of assistance to help the two associates upfront that we’re busy. I made several complaints to Chris saying go let your store manager know that they need some help out here there was no additional assistance offered at all once it was requested Christopher the sales associate we’ve been dealing with him for almost 3 1/2 years. The other gentleman that was there was very nice. I strongly recommend this company to take care of your cell phone needs and only request the ones that are motivated and care about customer focus customer needs customer relationship and a memorable buying experience. The store manager shows no interest about any kind of customer service or taken care of a customer that was not acknowledged by me as professional in retail for 35 years the young lady with the crutches that walked in there were both having a field day and nobody offered any kind of assistance at all I as a customer was getting very frustrated being in the retail business, watching these customers walk out the door Yes, this is a very long review. I thank you very much for keeping a grade associate like Christopher on board he’s a very strong asset to the company. Hopefully your training will tighten up and train other associates like Christopher to continue growing your business. The store manager needs some assistance and training. The other girl needs a commitment letter to show that she’s interested in working for this company. I don’t see any interest at all from the store manager or the associate with crutches. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Please take notes and make notes about this great associate Christopher. He is a big asset to your company. Have a good day sincere sincerely Don Walker.

Christopher worked hard to assist me with all my issues. Even as it got busier and some customers were complaining for having waited so long to be helped, he didn't rush me out. He is an asset to AT&T!
