Was there for almost a hour and no one even acknowledged me until it was already 45 mins of waiting they didn’t even acknowledge any other customers when they walked in very poor customer service will not be going back to that’s store and thing is I don’t even know the gentleman names either smh

This is my go to retail location for any problems I have with my phone, or anytime I need accessories. Everyone is always very nice and helpful. Also very quick and efficient, I am always in and out quickly.

Dennis was a previous employee that has helped us originally when we switched to at&t back in the day and was awesome. Will gladly keep going back especially with him being there, I would gladly wait. The other employees were very nice also and helpful. He is a great worker ,very nice , educational , and knows his stuff. Overall very pleased. ??Just recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

If you get Christopher D as your rep l, double check the add on’s he sets up on your account. He signed me up for the $45 monthly plan for the phone insurance and $6 monthly charge to upgrade after I specifically said I didn’t want them. I guess he gets a commission for services he sells. I had to call customer service to get them removed from my bill.

Me and the wife were thinking about getting new phones. So we decided to check out this att store. That's when we met the employee Miguel. First question we had he was a little smug about it. We asked where are the two newest flip phones at? He looked at us like we knew the store and knew where everything was and was weird and awkward about it. After that I wanted a little time to choose between the two phones and discuss them between me and my wife. BUT THERE'S MIGUEL RIGHT THERE CHATTING MY WIFE'S EAR OFF! While he's chatting it up, I'm walking back and forth between phones trying to get an idea of what I want. Then Miguel asked me what's there to think about just pick a phone! HOW BOUT MIGUEL YOU GO STAND IN A CORNER AND IF WE ARE GOING TO BUY SOMETHING WE'LL LET YOU KNOW! It really feels like att tells their employees to hound customers until they buy a phone. Pass I'm good! I'm not going to be hounded to hurry up and spend a 1000$ on a phone.
