If i could give 0 stars I would. I just bought an electric dirtbike and went in to see if they had a few things I needed for it. Immediately an older Karen started giving me the stink-eye, like I was gonna steal something. Everything I asked her about she says “ no I don’t think we carry that. I knew they did I would just have to find it. Well before I could a some guy says” time to wrap it up”. I said are u guys closing? He said no but u gotta go. I can’t have you walking up and down my isles. In my entire life of shopping at different places has anyone been so rude and disrespectful. He’s lucky I didn’t slap him, surely deserved it. So if u love being profiled shop there. But if u don’t like it. Don’t even bother giving them a dime. Never in my life will I ever go there. 2 mins down the street at a better store, they had everything I wanted and I spent almost 200$

Stood in line 10 minutes while they took care of other customers. Old lady looked right at me, saw I was waiting in line with my oil, made eye contact, turned her back went to another register and took some guy who had just walked into the store.

I would like to share a 5 Star plus rating for my visit at the autozone store on 5391 springhill drive today. My daughter is in her twenties and disabled. Her and her friend recently moved from Mississippi to be near her mom. They bought a suv battery at the autozone store in pasco county six months ago and the battery became defective. They returned to the same autozone store and the clerk tested the battery and said it had a dead cell. My daughter informed the clerk that she lost the receipt during their move to Florida.and didn't imput their telephone number or email in the system when purchased. The clerk in pasco county informed them that they could not honor the warranty because the computer showed no matching number or their email. They were heartbroken and in tears because the pasco clerk refused to assist them further.
I went to the store at 5391 springhill drive and was waited on by the nicest parts clerk I ever interacted with. Her name was Kelly I believe. She was an older woman who was so patient, informative and genuine concerned about my daughter mishap. She conversed with me with great sympathy and awareness. She and the store manager(name forgot) requested my daughter bring the battery to their store at 5391 springhill drive, and they rewarded my daughter with a brand new battery. Tears of joy rang down their faces after the new battery was presented. That simple act of kindness has made me their favorite customer and I will continue to spread their goodwill gesture.
