Always a line and a long wait. During Covid, they made us wait outside in the rain. That was the final straw. I tried to close out my account, and they said I needed an appointment. (An appointment to close out an account?) I told them I wanted to close it out now and not come back. They made me wait for over an hour, but I got my business account out of there. Today, I called to make an appointment to close out my personal accounts. After going through all the menu choices, the recording said that all of their staff were busy, and "Goodbye" and hung up on me. Goodbye, is right. I will be pulling all of my accounts out of this bank. I am tired of having my time disrespected. In my new bank were I moved my business account to, I am helped almost immediately whenever I walk through the door.

Bank of America has NO customer service at all! This branch is closed on weekends and has no tellers on Mondays. What a waste of time!

Great staff but the parking is awful, I'll go to the one up the street instead it's just too hard to get in and out of.

This bank is terrible. No drive up ATM and no window tellers. Garbage even by BoA or Spring Hill standards. Staff seem fine though, BoA just needs to hire more of them.

Kayla and Lisa always put me in a better mood! The are friendly, kind, patient, and show genuine care and concern for their customers. This is a smaller branch so around the 1-3 of the month, you should expect a wait. The drive through is also not in service.

I have been going to this branch for years. I think the 2 1/2 star overall rating says it all! Understaffed, long wait times in line (usually only one teller on duty), and the ATM is handled by another company (good luck with that!). The ATM took $900 cash from me - no receipt showing it was deposited - and the bank said they didn't handle the ATM's "issues" and that I had to call an 800 number. Well, an hour on the phone and two days later I got credit for the $900...... Ugh..... I went to the bank this morning at 10:15 am (Monday) and lo and behold! The bank is closed till Wed. for some unknown reason. ?? Right during Christmas week. This just may push me over the edge to getting a new bank!

Complete insanity. There’s a pandemic that’s killed over 200k people and everyone over 70 that lives in this city is complaining about longer wait times then normal. Karen please let the employees go home to their families safe. Jesus.

Absolute worst customer experience. Wait times at any branch are extremely long. I would suggest bringing a book to read while you're waiting for 10 people in line and one teller!

My elderly mother has been banking here for 28 years. The bank is constantly short staffed because they want everyone to use the ATM. Most people in the area are elderly and do not want to use ATM or cannot. They closed down the drive through which has been disastrous during COVID 19 time. They have been switching their hours of operation on a whim it seems. So glad I left this bank some years ago.

Horrible place. The manager did not want to attend to us and nobody was busy. They just didn’t want to work and they weren’t even closing for another 30 minutes.
