Hope you never receive a defective FOB because you will wait well over 7 days for a replacement with no available ETA and if you ask for a refund you will get a check or refunded to a card even though you paid with cash. And let’s not even mention customer service that has no supervisor available and will take a message for someone that will probably never call back.

I've been a Batteries Plus customer for many years. They are the source for hard to find batteries and lighting at a reasonable price. I recently moved, my car key was damaged in the process. I was able to replace a computer key for $152. It would've been over $300 at the dealer and $225 at the mobile key replacement kiosk. I placed my order online shortly before the store was scheduled to close. Within 5 minutes of purchase, I received a call to confirm I ordered from the correct store (I recently moved) and a time was set for me to come in and get my key replaced. The service was fast and the team member rekeying my car was polite and professional. I also purchase security camera batteries and mercury bulbs for outside lighting from Batteries Plus. I will continue to recommend Batteries Plus to my clients, friends and family.

I dropped my phone and broke the screen last night. This morning, I filed an insurance claim with my carrier and they referred me to Batteries Plus for the repair. I got an appointment for just a few minutes later and Zachery and Shane helped me. Not only did I get a brand new screen on my phone, but I also got a great discount on a protective case, and they were so nice and helpful! Great service. Thank you!

The gentleman who put in my new golf cart batteries was great. Very professional and friendly, answered all of my questions., also gave me good tips of how to care for them. Very compatible pricing.though out county. Called one day for pricing said sold and they were put in the next day. And the best of all they came to my home. 5 Stars from me

I took an iPad in to have the battery replaced. They would not do it without replacing the screen which was cracked. So instead of a $100 it turned into $300. Since I am on only SS my daughter paid for it. My problem was that it would not charge or charge intermittently, when I picked it up it was partially charged. By the next day it would not charge at all. I did not go back. I went to Best Buy and they looked at it and came to two conclusions first whoever did the job used too much product when fixing it which caused the second problem the glass was partly out of the frame and would not o back in. I have not contacted them yet but I figure they will not refund any money. Another one was bought at Best Buy for a little more than they charged me to so called fixed it. The store is handy for batteries but not for repairs.
