We are pulling our money from this bank. They charge us too much to get our own money out in the form of cashier's check or money order.

I have had my accounts with PNC for 15 years or more. They are always helpful no matter which bank I go into in any of the states I am in. I had an issue with some criminals who got money out of my checking accounts through Zelle and PNC was quick to close everything, issue new accounts and put my money back into my new accounts. Be aware that the criminals today even had the PNC phone number displayed on the phone so you think you are talking to the bank.

What a horrible bank! Not enough time to explain all the ways they fall short on customer service. Just hope you never have to use the branch or the customer service line. Just terrible

The manager is absolutely useless; She quoted bank policies that did not exist and failed to justify not accepting a deposit. The bank staff was completely rude and worthless. This branch should is the worse bbva I have ever visited.If you as a branch manager or staff sites a policy, you shall be able to guide the customer to such "policy" you can't just tell a customer it is a "policy." I can believe that saying this like that is an acceptable practice. This is a management failure. I will make sure to report this to the BBB.

Not good. No flexibility and most people who work for bbva have no answers. Don’t even bother calling the customer service phone. Useless, absolutely, useless. Horrible experience since opening the account 6 months ago.

Why, why, why BBVA, do you make it absolutely, unreasonably hard to make payment online or over the phone?! You only take Visa or checks? What is this 1983? Extremely frustrating the hoops one has to jump through to make a payment.

Horrible customer service. I called this bank to say I was coming to open an account and was told I needed to arrive before 5 pm (I was not impressed by the phone eddicate btw, but I ignored this red flag) I proceeded to drive an hour to the bank. When I arrived at 440 I was told to take a seat. They were expecting me. Looking around I was the only customer in the bank. I waited for Michelle to finish socializing before calling me into her office. She then informed me that because it was so close to 5 she wouldn't be able to help me open a business account. I informed her that I called ahead and said I'd make it before 5 and was told it was ok. Also I drove an hour based upon that information. She then questioned my decision to use their bank since I was so far away. I said I'd be moving to the area and my business is here. She continued to try to convince me to use another bank with more locations. I was quite surprised and irritated that I was hearing this. She kept repeating that it was too close to five and giving me this patronizing 'get out of my office' smile. Perhaps she wanted to go home or perhaps she looked at me and thought I wasn't worth the effort. Who knows. It definitely wasn't because of "insurance reasons"as I've been in banks past 5 before. I just up stood up, walked out and told Karen (who answered the phone) that she should have told me before I drove an hour that I had to be finished by 5, not just arrive by 5. I interrupted her in the middle of her excuses to tell her that a simple apology would suffice. WOW. Never had such a poor customer service experience at a bank. I've had accounts in all major institutions for 5 different businesses. I've had banks fight over my business. This bank has been around for some time but it's no wonder why it hasn't taken off. I don't recommend anyone use this bank. Really, their own employee (Michelle) didn't even recommend it. I should have listened to the other bad reviews in Google.
