Poor customer service from the lady in front counter. When I walked in, she entertained a conversation from another employee for a while before calling me up. There system doesn’t even work and they make a production about assisting.

We have banked with PNC for 20 +/- yrs and have have been super satisfied with their services. Now moving to FL so glad to find PNC in the area and so convenient. NOTE: the actual entrance into this branch is on the Forest Oaks Blvd.

Automated voice system is not good. Makes me wonder about overall consistency and productivity. I never really had a bad experience with PNC but I try to limit my exchanges with them. I’ve had a business account for a number of years.

I was racially profiled today by a banker because I am black with a large amount of money in my account trying to pay someone. Now this same racist banker blocked my acct. Did I mention I had to travel from Pennsylvania to Florida to make the transaction, now I’m stuck in Florida with no access to my account until Monday, cause this same racist banker has to unlock my account. Why is that BBVA? I do plan on suing your bank for the treatment I received today the bankers name is Deborah Shank from what I was told

Cheats & thieves. DO NOT trust your money with this FOREIGN bank. They do not care for their customers & will steal your money. The management is lazy & makes zero effort to return calls or push loans through. If your worried the rates are going up & need your loan approved before it does forget it. Even their employees will tell you that they get lied to & cheated. THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST MAKING MONEY SCAMMING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.
