The owner vanessa really is rude & was disappointed with my service. First iam the one paying for her service and every time I would pick my nail color she would make comments on the color as to why would you get that or thats ugly ,& again these are my nails that iam paying for!! Then I was talking to her about my boyfriends missionary trip to south africa that he went at end of July & told her how cold it was there as its there winter she tells me she went there and its hot not cold SMH this woman is got issues period! Then she does my nails and very unhappy as my nails were paper thin! I will not be going back there and word of mouth goes far!!!!

I have been going here for over a year. I’m super picky on my nails and I love the way she does mine. I take my 94 year old mom to get her nails and toes done . Vanessa is very personable and does a great job.

Tried to come in during normal business hours as a walk in. They had their open sign on in the window but the doors were locked. I'm pretty sure the worker inside saw me looking to see if anyone was there but didn't come out to let me know if they were closed or not. I also tried to call to verify and no one picked up. I can't speak for their ability to do nails but it's kinda unprofessional to not leave a note or something letting people know your closed and leaving your open sign on when your not actually open.

They were very rude i came in 2 hours before closing and their sign says “walk in welcome” lady was very rude and sarcastic and told me “not doing them SORRY. “ Not recommend.

I had an appointment yesterday & my first time there & the owner is awesome! Very nice & such a cool personality! But my nails were a mess from previous place I use to go to & she fixed my nails so perfectly that iam so very happy!! She does awesome work! I highly recommend her!!

Lady that attended me was about 30 minutes late from the time of my appointment. She walking in with no hurry with dunkin donuts. Then she had another appointment for lashes so she passed me to another lady to finish which I was almost done but I had to wait for my nails to dry. But her other appointment was more important and didn't want customer to wait. While I waited. Could it be that I only got a manicure?

Gel Mani-pedi. The girl was on her phone and cut too much on side of big toe it started bleeding. Also on the second toe it was throbbing at night. Next day pain and especially in salt water at beach. Only one day at beach and paint is fading. I am on vacation want to kick myself for trusting someone else with my body. Wasn't going to do review but this girl can really damage someone or cause infection.

Vanessa is great, haven't been a long time costumer, that being said she treats me like I have been. I am always happy with my nails when I leave. She guess above and beyond for her costumers.
