Went in with my boss after work so he could buy a new TV and robot vacuum. The guy who helped us, wish I could remember his name, got my boss hooked up with the TV he wanted at hundreds less than he thought he would spend and the robot vacuum was on sale so it was 150 bucks cheaper. I would definitely go here again to make any electronic purchases! Thanks for reading

Horrible service, every time we cosot this store there are associates around lollygagging and goofing off having side conversations with their peers. Finally after sitting in the computer line for more than 20 minutes, a guy walks up and says do you need any help with something. We tell him we're looking for a laptop computer and have an idea if what we want to purchase. He never asked or suggested any other computer over the one we chose. This is the worst Bestbuy, and definitely will not be shopping here again in the future. He was very rude and pushy.

I’ve had numerous issues with two different TVs, which I recently bought from Best Buy, The first one was replaced. Now the second one has new different issues. They will not make an appointment without my providing the serial number which is on the back of this 75 inch TV. The TV is mounted high on the wall. I need a ladder to access this. I’m 75 years old and in no shape to be climbing a ladder. This is definitely bad customer service and totally unacceptable!!!!! In addition, I am a total Best Buy member, which I pay a significant fee annually to take care of my electronic equipment. That seems to make no difference. I will not buy anything else from Best Buy at this point. If I could give less than the one star, I would!
