Sent my 1099 in the mail and had my FULL SSI number showing so anyone who looked at my mail saw my full SSI number. And then added an extra 400 dollars onto my tax form that should not have been on there I even walked through every check I received and they agreed it won’t be on my 1099 but they go ahead and added into my 1099 as income (owner was on my personal phone plan and paid her phone bill by business check). Worst place ever very fishy asked for a manager was promised she would call never did (no surprise) instead they issued a claim and there’s nothing they can do! Asked for number to call H&R Block so I can call and follow up on my claim and yet again I get a run around. Very very shady place I DO NOT recommend.

Horrible manager Teri Kammer. She should not be a manager. She definitely needs some customer service skills and needs to use a professional body language attitude along with eye contact. Teri does NOT have good qualities to be a manager . Having weakness and a poor temper will lead to fail.
