I was being somewhat "difficult" with my order, mostly because I had 2 preteen girls with me and I was trying to make each of them happy and keep everything "fair". Kennedy at the register was absolutely phenomenal!!!!! Kind, patient and accommodating.

Go there often and get a burger usually, today went and got a crispy chicken sandwich and it was all grizzle! I took two bites of it and spit it out and threw it away! I tried calling the contact number that is available online for that specific location which is spring Hill and Anderson snow and no answer called three times! Went there with my receipt and the offered to make me the same thing and I don't want something that is full of grizzle so I asked for my money back and they told me they couldn't without the food in hand. The food is in the garbage and like I said I tried contacting three times to discuss the situation. I will no longer be spending my money there anymore if I want fastfood. Also very rude customer service by management the employees are kind though.

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. There were only 3 cars in line and the restaurant was empty. Save yourself the hassle and go to Wendy's or taco bell. Management should be embarrassed. 0/5Edit:Went back again for a second chance, same issue - waited in line forever while the restaurant was dead, person at the radio was rude. Paid my bill and went home, they left 3 of my 5 items out of the order and don't answer the phone. Steer clear.

Went in to use restrooms and order food ,but once we saw the restrooms were filthy have dried pee all over seats nasty stuff in sink there was no way we were gonna order food. Feet sticking to floor

Went to drive thru and ordered cherry cokes with my order. The gal said they don't have it. I told her they do in the dining room. The place had no one in the restaurant so i asked her to fill the cherry cokes in the dining for me. With 6 people working there and no customers they could not do it. I told them give me the cups and I'll go in and fill them. I called to speak with the manager and they told me to talk to the district manager. I left my name and phone number and still got no call back. I even called asking to talk to the manager who is never available. Reading through these reviews, I would suggest these people start addressing these issues before they are all out of a job.

Newest Burger King around with the worst customer service, a few times a week when I pick my grandson up from school I take him for a burger and three time this month I was told having problems with the grill, manager told me in a phone conversation that was code for short staff ask to have her GM call me she hung up!

Ordered fully loaded sandwiches cost me 12 for 2 and they forgot the ham on it and the cheese and bacon were cold it was absolutely disgusting. Tried to call the store and they don't answer their phones. Won't ever be back!!!! This place from me use to have 5 star! The service and restaurant has really taken a spiral downfall.

Placed a mobile order for pickup. When I got to the store they informed me they don’t see my order and there’s nothing they can do. I even had the confirmation email pulled up with the locations address and all the proof needed to show I paid for my order. The manager on duty was of no help and confrontational along with saying the only way to stop payment was to report fraud. I used to frequent this restaurant often as it’s walking distance from work and a very short distance when I’m at home. After today, I will not be back. I’d rather starve than give this establishment any more money!
