They closed this branch because of no staff instead of bringing a couple of people from another branch to work. Nearest branch for us now is 29 miles away. ATM will not accept deposits. They dont know when it will reopen. Crazy got to drive 58 miles round trip to do any banking.

Centennial Bank in Spring Hill, FL. is very Discriminating and Prejudice against Minority Hispanic Business Owners. Every Time I would go into the Bank they would scrutinize every transaction I did. The Branch Manager would always run up and look behind the lady teller who was doing my transaction. Even Got to the point where I would stop going inside and go through the drive thru and still they would do the same thing. They made me feel like a criminal. Then after deciding to just keep a minimal amount of money in my accounts, they sent me a letter stating they were going to close all three accounts with no explanation. DO NOT OPEN an account with Centennial Bank because they are Discriminating and prejudice against Minority Hispanic Business owners

Just went into centennial bank in Brooksville Fl Powell Road and Barclay to open up a business account the bank teller was very friendly and helpful I was the only customer in there. I really wanted some detailed information there were three other employees their huddled around the desk talking I was not acknowledged perhaps because I was in my gym clothes LOL. I have Dawn the managers Business card I will come back at another date to talk to her about the details

They are super nice. BEST bank ever! I like their online site.. Easy to use.I came from a large well known bank with terrible customer service and this bank made it so pleasant to transition to Centennial . When you call to ask questions they are very personable and easy to work with. TEN stars for everyone there who made banking for me something I do not dread anymore. Many free services too! I tell everyone about them.

Absolutely fantastic traditional, southern community bank. Every time I visit, I'm greeted by name and they know my account and there are never lines. Very friendly and personal service. They are on your side with financial matters and offer plenty of free services.

Awesome, small town feel! I love the personalized customer service I always receive. No automated call lines for this bank. I always get what I need right away, without having to talk to a computer.
