Cleanliness: Someone is always cleaning the towels and every station is cleaned and sanitized after every customer.
Stylist: Teresa has been my nails tech for 3 years, she is always kind and friendly. Everyone in this shop works hard for their clients. Best nail shop in the county.

Katie did an amazing job at my nails but I had to come back and change my rating because my toes and hands have hurt so bad since I had my nails done and it's definitely because she overdid my cuticles. I didn't know it was a thing but it hurts like she carved my skin but some how didn't make me bleed. They look great but I'm not sure I can handle the cuticle thing again.
Stylist: My nail stylist was Katie. She is very nice, quiet and good at nails.

I went to this place because it had high reviews. I’m not really sure why. Firstly, I made an appt for a mani and pedi, was never given a manicure. The pedicure was nice, but the tech started trimming my nails with no warning and trimmed them SO short. I was not happy about it. Then it came time for my nails and she skipped the manicure part and went right into gluing tips on. As I was sitting, I’m looking around at the stations. They’re FILTHY. Completely coated with dust and you can tell the tools haven’t been properly cleaned in who knows how long. I understand that during the day obviously a place will accumulate dust from nail filings, but this was weeks or months worth of dust (gross). My nails were sub par, which is something I could have looked past had the facility been clean.

"I returned to my Spring Hill and the first thing I did was go look for my manicurist Teresa. She's so special that the word itself gathers all the qualifying adjectives to say she's the right person for the job she does, beyond 101%. I recommend her to everyone with my eyes closed."

At this point, it’s in our best interest to learn to do our own nails.
Both times that I went to get dip powder over my natural nails, both with different ladies, I felt very rushed through, and was left with lopsided, uneven, bumpy nails. Because of this, after one week the began to left and chip off in various places. I just soaked my most recent set off, and my natural nails were drilled down SO thin that I have to completely trim 3 months of growth off. Not to mention my left pinky nail is completely split through about halfway up the nail bed, the entire way across. They are not gentle. I do not recommend this location if you care about the integrity of your natural nails. Not worth it, especially for a minimum of $45 for dip powder.
