Jena at Compass Self Storage had went above and beyond with helping me find and secure the perfect suit for my use. She was kind, courteous, and very friendly. The unit and building she put us in is great, close access to the door, power and is clean and has a nice fresh smell. Very happy with her service and with Compass Self Storage! She definitely earned all our future business!

Jena delivered truly exceptional service. She displayed a remarkable degree of kindness and patience toward my entire family, making the interaction genuinely enjoyable.
Her performance truly stood out due to her depth of knowledge. She addressed all of my inquiries knowingly and without any hesitation.
Her demeanor was professional and polite, yet she was also wonderfully approachable and personable. Which caused my decision to finalize our rent with their facility and look no further out. The covered RV/BOAT area was well ventilated and felt cool while it was scorching hot out. I’m happy!

Came by and was helped by Jena Arledge. She showed us all available spaces and honored the web special. We came in and out quickly and got exacltt what we needed. Definitely recommend this location to anyone needing to store their RV.
