I'll tell you what, these days it seems I do more negative reviewthan positive. I cant state enough how good with shop is. I had an issue with another shop where i towed my car to for service, but it wasnt the shop i spoke to. The guy threatened to call the sheriff and have it towed. I was 2hrs away working at a job i get up for at 4am 6 days a week. David at consumer car care understood my situation and got my car towed for less than anything I could find. Not only did he help me avoid a costly tow, he gave me a great price with great customer support. This is a genuine good guy running a good shop. He prides his shop on quality and not just getting cars in and out. I recommend beyond words to go to this shop if you have automotive concerns. This shop embodies integrity and service. Thank you consumer care care and thank you David.

I choose Consumer Car Care every time I need repairs on my truck. I trust David and chip do the best job possible. They keep my work vehicles on the road and working for me. Without my vehicles I cannot conduct business.. I would give more than five stars if I could. These guys will always receive my business.

I had unexpected car trouble while I was driving on 19 today. I was afraid I was going to get broke down on 19 somewhere, so I pulled into Consumer Car Care. I went inside and was immediately greeted with a warm, friendly smile from the owner, Dave. I explained my problem to him that my car had just started acting up. He was able to get my car in immediately and start working on it. In less than 2 hours, he had me in, diagnosed, repaired, and I was back on the road. I had to drive to Homosassa after, and the car drove beautifully. My first time using them and I will definitely use them again for my auto repair needs.

My Advice: Don't Go Here. I went for my car making a noise, the owner test drove my car with the windows up, and said they didn't hear anything but they'd look at it, after considering it's the brakes they said, so I had them do all 4 tires brakes, after test drive it still making the same noise and they said it was all fixed. I had to bring it back cause the noise was so bad, and they tweaked it to not make noise, but still wasn't fixed completely, I paid for an incomplete job, not done right, and won't go back.

Brought my car back after an oil change that they had performed because the next guy couldn't get the drain plug out. I actually watched the owner take a hammer to break it loose after failing to remove it with a wrench. He changed the oil but over tightened the filter this time and I had to go to two different places to find someone to break it loose. Not letting him touch my car.

We had a flat tire and limped it in to the shop at lunch time. They were going to put air in the spare and mount it but we started talking about other work that needed done. They offered a fair price and got the work done in a day. They also mounted the new tire I brought in. Very good experience.

I am indebted to this incredible business for managing a life-threatening vehicular disaster through precise assessments, and high-quality curative capabilities. Unfortunately, I had long-standing issues with my brakes, calipers and related segments that should not have occurred based on the age-milage relationship of my automobile. Resolving my problem required an individual with the engineering acumen to detect the root cause of a fourth failure that avoided an unnecessary and unwanted investment. A personal 'thank you' is extended to David and his crew for his time in not only fixing the issues, but for ensuring my safety and restoring my faith to even drive my vehicle again. Came to rescrew engine splash protection shield. ( It literally takes 5 minutes and he won't need to used other than a screw driver and possibly some screws or a zip tie)
He siad it will take an hour labor which and it cost 120$ for this hour.
I went to the shop right next to them and they fixed it for 20$.
I have never tried this shop except for this small interaction. So you might have a good experience IDK.
