So where do I begin ?
My elderly aunt had a very unpleasant experience with Metro by T-Mobile and I recommended she visit this Cricket location .
Martha went above and beyond to assist my aunt with phone purchase , set up , transferring her contacts , signing into applications since she forgot most of her passwords.
The patience , kindness , calming energy she possessed help make this experience a smooth one . Thank you Martha for your great help !

Very poor service. I told the rep that there was one app that I absolutely needed on the phone. He assured me that it would be transferred , "No Problem". He took about 20 minutes fumbling around with the phone to get the data transferred. He appeared to not understand what he was doing. Sure enough, the one app that i needed did not work. I was told that it was a non-Cricket app and he could not do anything with it. If he had said that would be a problem, I would not have bought the phone. Also, he insisted that I get a new charger, saying the old one would not work (it works just fine) LIAR.
