New Review: Went in for my husband to switch his phone from Verizon to Cricket. Kevin was not very helpful or interested in helping us too much. He said the deals are on the phones. So basically sell myself. I had better luck calling customer service.
This is an old review: Logan really took time in setting up my phone. He was awesome and professional.

I went in to get a new phone, but not the most expensive, I wanted something similar to what I had, which was 64 gigs. I was told that I could get a similar phone for $150.00, and with tax, it would be around two hundred. I advised the rep. that taxes on $150 would be less than ten dollars, and he advised me that the phone was regularly around $490.00 and so I would get the first discount on the phone, but I would have to pay the full price on taxes. I may have some gray hair, but I also have twenty years of experience in finance, and I wasn't going to fall for that scam. You can only legally charge taxes on the price you pay for a phone, NOT the price they claim is the full price. Also, I spent about $150.00 for my previous phone 2 years ago, and now they're claiming a 64 gig phone is close to $500.00. I'm currently looking at a new phone company.

I'm just about cricket wireless not an individual store I've had cricket for multiple years and their quality of service in just north of Tampa Bay Wesley chapel area is just unbearable the slightest clouds are overcast and the reception is getting worse and I've been a customer for over 5 years and I'm going to move on

Unfortunately there was only one person in the store and customers would leave because of rhe long wait. The employee there confirmed that they get zero training on the phones they sell.

Natalie was a big help at the Spring Hill cricket location unfortunately I wasn’t able to get my phone fixed but I got a way better understanding on how to fix it and will be calling the customer service numbers that will help my situation. Anyone looking to buy or get help with a phone, I would go to Natalie for all your customer service needs.
