I am on a lot of medications!!! I am disabled. I went to get hearing aids but they said I need to go to Ear Nose and Throat doctor to get the wax deep in both ears. I have been using cvs for 22 years. The pharmacist said my medications were not covered in Florida with medicaid but my drs office called in antibiotics and ear drops which are free $1 or $3. She was trying to charge me $50 for 2 prescriptions. I was on the phone with my insurance company for 2 days and even in the Pharmacy. The pharmacist was extremely Rude and didn't care at all. The entire staff were nasty humans and should all be fired. All she had to do was call my CVS like my insurance company told her on speakerphone from my phone. We were taking my son to meet his friend. He is autistic and was calling me, crying and telling me he hated me because of this lazy and nasty Pharmacist ANN!! I will be contacting the corporate as well as the business bureau and calling a lawyer because now my shot is 2 weeks late and now I get to go to the ER! I have imitrex shots and they are not working. She told us she ordered it and it would be the next day. My husband went in and she said another day. Well It was never filled so this Pharmacist and her staff should all be fired. The worst customer service in my entire life. I have tons of medical problems. I had a seizure and have 5 complications with the left side of my brain. Ann was not caring at all and rolled her eyes at me. She was using a savings card and I have UPMC and no savings card. My son told me he hated me and he is autistic and was meeting a friend. It ruined all of our vacation. Now I just got home ears still bad and now to ER for migraine!!! I am not happy and she should be fired! My insu

Spent 25 minutes on hold to check if prescription was done that my physician's office sent over to be filled. Finally gave up and hung up as I didn't want to waste any more time waiting. That is exceptionally poor customer service.

Always busy the automated phone never works right why have it techs always in hurry gat hung up on before I can ask more than one question wtf stop taking new customers then

Pharmacy is the worst!!! Slow as heck!!! Drive thru is always down. Waited 2 minutes to be acknowledged, waited 5-10 minutes to drop off prescription, I informed clerk I also had to pickup 2 prescriptions and was told to go to "pick up" window and I had wait for 5-10 minutes again. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Definitely NOT customer service oriented!!! System is totally screwed up!!! Go to Walgreens!!!! Better prices and definitely better customer service!!!!
