My insulin dependent wife suffers the same problem every time. Her insulin is covered by Medicare and it’s not just one specific incident it’s every single time she is denied because the pharmacists at this cvs will not do their jobs properly. This is the only cvs I am able to get insulin from because my wife cannot have it sent anywhere else I’ve begged her to find another one and we are stuck with this despicable heartless and cruel establishment who are only there to get paid and don’t care at all for the people they serve. It is so sickening to see in real life the evil that exists in these places to be so careless as to deprive an insulin dependent of their only lifeline all the way until it’s TOO LATE. We are out of insulin now after my wife had been trying and trying to get the new script that IS COVERED we called last week, and we have been trying to get them to run it properly for TWO WEEKS!!! Do something please Do something For The Love Of God Please Do Something CVS GET ON THESE PEOPLE THEY REPRESENT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AS A WHOLE! Thank You that’s all.

I recently spoke to the pharmacy regarding the cost for a specific medicine and they quoted me twice the price I was told earlier in the week. ??? I’ve never paid nor afforded a two thousand dollar medicine that is unbelievable!!! Very questionable! Time to re- shop pharmacies!!!

The staff at this pharmacy are extremely rude, especially the blonde lady. She took forever to help me and had a terrible attitude the entire time. Very disappointing experience.

Don’t get your prescriptions from here, they will always treat you like a drug addict. My insulin dependent wife can never get her insulin that her insurance provider covers without fighting management, and even the doctor can’t understand what these people’s problem is. Go somewhere further and save yourself the stress. Don’t buy anything from this CVS store and hopefully it will shut down someday leaving room for establishments that aren’t complete wastes of space like this one.

Abigail the pharmacist needs to understand this is a pharmacy providing prescription to save lives and not a fast food drive thru where you still need to be nice to all human beings regardless of the circumstances. Instead of understanding that the confusion was created by her own coworker and Instead of focusing on providing a solution, her main focus was to show that she's a proud mean woman and when she put the gloves on until she knockouts the other party by screaming at them and being rude to them, she won't back down. I have unfortunately lost confidence in this specific location, and I won't never return there. Since there's always room for improvement, I hope that Abigail can improve her interactions with her customers to build the needed trust and to help lift a little bit the very low review rating of the location.

I’ve been filling my pain medication at CVS at 2077 Commercial Way for a year. The pharmacist James called me to say there is a State law that you must use 1 pharmacy for all your meds. I did research and there is no such law. I had no insurance when I went on this medication and CVS’s discount card made it affordable since I’m not working because I have cancer osteoarthritis and degenerative disc disease. I’ve been without my medication since yesterday and I’m in pain and sick as a dog. The pharmacist was nasty and told me to go to the hospital. Also my pain Management doctor is on vacation with no one covering him. I’m going to speak with the pharmacy supervisor first thing tomorrow am to try and get this straightened out. All the mom and pop pharmacies are not taking new patients due to the demand for this controlled substance. Wish me luck

The people at this store are just plain rude...I took some thing back with our a recite and they told me no..the box was tapped. Up when I bought it and the lady said we don't sell stuff like that .I said so I am a liar..in front of other customers she embarrassed me .. I won't never go back to that store ..there parking lot looks like the county land fill the manger should be fired...I think they were judging me ..

This CVS is terrific. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and well organized.
