  Cashier's are wonderful but the outside of the building and parking lot is filthy everythime I've been there just thought I'd bring it to your attention I own a shop and would never leave trash in my lot as bad as it is at this store come on guys send a maintenance crew for clean up

  Manager is rude to customers, I went to use the self check out, she says “you know you’re not scanning anything right” in a rude tone. If you are going to work in customer service, then you need customer service skills. I mentioned there should be a sign and she says “when the screen is turned just like this, it is not open” while pointing to the monitor like I’m 10 years old. I am 33 and so glad there are other dollar generals in the area because this one is also a hot mess and a rude manager with red/purple hair. Anyone with customer services skills would have apologized and said that the self checkout is out of order and the customer would have gladly said thank you.

  Terrible. You have ruined the store with the self check outs that don't work. I'm actually standing in line waiting on one poor girl rings everyone out 1 by 1. It should never wait 30 min to be rang up. I will not be back. I'll spend the extra at publix just for the time saving issue. We can always make money. Nobody can make time.

  First of all I'm so glad that there's a Dollar General around every corner in Spring Hill. For the fact that I will never go to 214 Mariner Boulevard ever again. I guess the girl behind the counter owns the store because she's rude to her customers. August 25th of 23 at 2:30 p.m. I couldn't get my phone number to work right and I asked her to suspend or delete the order so I could see what was going on. I was met with a huff and a roll of her eyes. I am if anything a customer and a good customer of Dollar General stores. I don't think anyone deserves to be treated rudely. Furthermore when I asked her for my bag of stuff so I could re-ring it. She took her sweet time to come back where I was to hand it to me. She even passed right by it. I don't need to be treated like this when I'm shopping at a store. I highly suggest you bypass this one and go to any other Dollar General. I don't know her name she had no name tag how convenient. She had blonde or bleach blonde hair kind of short.

IS Standing around doing nothing but talking to customers about how she feels about service animals instead of doing I don't know anything but getting paid to process her opinions on the customers at walk in the store absolutely worst customer service I have ever seen immediately prompted me to write this review I don't even live here

  Zero Star for this store I will be reporting your store and the manager that was there.....Watch your stuff you buy here because, you don't get your stuff you buy you go home thinking they put everything in the bag and it's not in the bag....$15 for nothing we got ? I am serious keep a eye on the employees here.

  I agree with the post about WATVH WHAT YOU PUT ON THE COUNTER FOR PURCHASE!! Your employee Star, the rudest fouled mouthed employee you have!! I put 3 items on the counter, not thinking she couldn’t handle scanning 3 items and when I got home one was missing. I live 1/4 mile away and went back and asked Star, where my item that was missing was. She immediately got an attitude with me and started calling me names and said I obviously didn’t want it. WHAT? I put it on the counter to purchase!! Why would she assume that. She then got really nasty and I would not put up with that!! I snapped back at her !! She started slamming receipts on the counter and couldn’t find mine, and still kept running her mouth in front of the other nice employee that was helping me. She stated she just started working there and continues to belittle me!! I am sorry but I won’t put up with some foul employee talking like that to me. I run a business and would never talk to customers or clients the way she spoke to me!! I will be calling corporate and also contacting her manager. She needs to be fired!!!
