This Used to be a good store. But in the last month I think it's become the worst store in Spring hill. Maybe 8 people shopping There were no carts and I had quite a bit to get. 3 employees standing by the registers I asked if there were any carts, They just looked at me. Nobody said a word. Finally, one said they might be outside very well knowing there was nothing outside. So all around the store are carts full of products that they were using to put up. Instead of carts for shoppers that are going to spend the money. I will drive the extra 5 minutes to a different store. Many of them are run much better. I don't know if it's the manager or the employees.
But this store has completely gone downhill. Corporate needs to come in clean house and start again fresh.

I think people's standards have lowered over time, the people commenting positively, these Dollar tree stores. They look like a bomb went off and every single one I've gone to in this county stuff is just thrown all over the place.

It’s very hot in this store. Employee didn’t even acknowledge me at register just started ringing up merchandise. I get it people have bad days but it’s not the first time that’s has happened.

The store is a good shop just like any dollar tree it is a hit or miss but has stepped up by all employees, making sure the store is stocked cleaned up and decluttered as this is my local dollar store all employees are nice and very helpful.

The staff is friendly and they have a very good selection of products.the store is very clean. The only down side and the reason for the 1 star is it is very hot in the store! It’s almost unbearable to shop there.the dm needs to get this fixed ASAP! I feel so bad for the workers that have to work there

I know it's Dollar tree but. On several occasions the store always looks dirty and messy. On my LAST visit the young cashier never looked up, never said hello, never told me my total I finally saw on the screen, I paid no thank you,have a nice day. The new thank you then finally said want your reciept. I said yes and I left. Never to return to that Dollar tree. Sad but I can spend my money at the many other customer friendly locations. Poor customer service. The cashier name on my receipt was Danielle.
