Received an edible arrangement today and this is not the first time I have gotten flowers and my arrangement. The flowers are awful for as much money it costs to send this the flowers should have looked a lot better than this . This makes me upset . Hopefully something will be done and get better .

I would like to compliment this location for its excellent customer service. Robin went above and beyond to make sure my order was delivered with the proper message. My mother in law was very impressed with the quality of fruit and presentation of the bouquet. Will definitely order from there again!

They should check the glasses with strawberries and chocolate that they have on display for sale, only the strawberries on top were in good condition, the strawberries on the bottom were rotten, check the merchandise that they have now for sale

Im amazed at the review below mentioning that this location goes above and beyond for their customers. My opinion of them is the opposite. My sister from NJ ordered an arrangement and a balloon to be delivered to Brooksville for Mother’s Day. The delivery guy let the balloon go and laughed it off, nothing about bringing a replacement.So she called them and was told they’re too busy. Tf?I don’t care How busy you are, you make it right. Even if you have someone run it over after close. Terrible business.

They are awesome!!!! The only reason why anyone doesn't say they like anything is because they either want something for free or they just want attention. But to be short staffed on a super busy holiday and still getting er' done is amazing and they are always on point. It's all in how you say things ya'll. Let's stop the hate and bring in some positive vibes !!! Love ya'll !!!

Hopefully, no one encounters my experience. I placed an order for Valentine’s Day, and when I arrived, provided a screenshot of the confirmation. The employee and “manager?” At the front desk proceeded to tell me the website has been a common problem. They did nothing to rectify the situation, wouldn’t try putting anything together, and told me all they could offer was what was in the cooler. I asked if I could at least get a discount or something to make up for the company’s error, but she says no because it wasn’t “their” fault, that it was corporate. All the while, she was making snide remarks about other customers calling in. If optional, go elsewhere.

Failed to deliver, after confirming delivery for that day, no phone calls were made to update us about our order not being delivered. My Husband called for an update and was told “we’ve run out of time”, fine we get it, but communication could have saved all of this. Fruit was mushy, or had not even begun to ripen. All but 2 pieces, 1, strawberry, and 1 pineapple were inedible.Disappointed in customer service and the quality of my gift. Yearly we use this location, never have had an issue, I will most likely not return.

it was more of a hassle than what it should have been to order from this location, and I did not get good customer service on the phone when calling about the complaint. I believe there can be ways to make a customer satisfied with a poor experience, especially with good reasoning.

The people at this location went above and beyond my expectations with my order. Ordering from Kansas to treat my lovely wife for her birthday and of course practically last minute, my delivery could not be made on Sunday so I received a text stating it could be Sat. or Mon. They also refunded my delivery fee. I find out later that day my wife and her father have plans at noon so I call to find out ETA on delivery. Unfortunately their delivery didn't go out until 11:30 and offered to bring ice packs if a cooler was left out or my gift could be left at the neighbors. Very accommodating! To sum it up, everything fell into place and my wife loved the packaging and gift. Thank you for all the help in Florida from a Husband in Kansas.Terry

Called Edible Arrangements Springhill, FL to deliver birthday gift to 11 year old. It is her yearly surprise. This year did not disappoint. Thank You Edible Arrangements Springhill for making our 11 year olds birthday complete.P.S. She said the chocolate strawberries were excellent!
