Shipping cost twice the price of post office.
I was given a tracking number.
Unfortunately the FedEx tracking site wasn't working all day.
So I phoned their go FedEx number.
The gal who answered could not repeat the tracking number I gave her over six times.
So she couldn't track my package.
I asked to speak to someone else but she refused to let me and lied saying there was no one to speak to
I phoned again an hour later and had an automated conversation.
Again their machine kept missing tracking numbers that I gave.
The machine said I couldn't be connected to a person until I gave it tracking number, which I had done repeatedly.
WORST SERVICE EVER.
Will NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN
