Steve sold us a 2013 Durango that's had more problems than it should for what the supposed last owners were. An elderly couple. We're unfortunately still making payments on it too. Glad we didn't take this guy up on any repair discounts.
(We got this truck a couple of years ago but we're running into problems that date back to before we got it.)

Amazing experience Steve and his wife where very helpful and they explained everything and went very in depth as it was my first time buying a car. they even went the extra mile and gave me pointers on everything. I would 100% buy a car from them again and I recommend anyone trying to buy a reliable and affordable vehicle.

First Call Auto is a great place to get a Decent Used Vehicle. They are all very helpful, We were able to get a really decent car at a great price. They are very easy to work with, We had contacted them many times with many different questions, and they would always make the time to answer our questions. Happy to see a decent used car place here in Spring Hill, I feel like nowadays, there aren't many that sell good, reliable used cars. We will definitely go through First Call Auto again on the future.

Being a first time car buyer I would recommend this dealer everytime. They made the process painless and as easy as possible. Steve, was very communicative very friendly and got me Elon a vehicle way above what I was looking for. He kept me updated throughout the whole service and made sure I was happy and understanding of what I was signing and getting. If I had to I would definitely do it all over again but sooner.

Steve and his assistant went above and beyond to make sure I was approved for the vehicle I wanted, and also the process was smooth and quick, first call shoukd be everyone's first call when it comes to getting a used car or truck. I am very happy and they will have repeat business from me and my family for sure. I couldn't be happier, thank you guys for everything and working so hard to get things done.

I had the best experience in buying a car in my life, Russell is very helpful in the paperwork and explaining everything, he spent all day doing everything to get me this car, I'm so blessed to know Russell, he's my new friend, I'm going to tell all my friends about him and his business, he's awesome just the best!!
