Bait-and-switch tactics with pricing. Very very dishonest. Three times, they verbally agreed to a selling price. Nothing unclear about the agreement. They tried raising the price $6k when it was time to buy it. Service members beware - they advertise a military discount. It’s just a rebate though (if anything) and these people are very very dishonest.

Took my truck for Ford warranty service due to problems at the dealer we had bought a Ford motor from and was told I had to take it back to the dealer where I got it from for the work. Warranty was not recognized by them. If they drove the truck down the road and it breaks, its on me. Took it to another dealer and had no problems. All the work was done under warranty, no questions. Go somewhere else for your warranty work must be their policy.

Went to the Dealership to get some information about a ford ranger pickup and left with a 2020 Ranger lariat with 34000 miles on it. Tim was our salesman and he was excellent to deal with. Very helpful gave us good advice and we took it. Russ the sales Manager was helpful as well and we always felt comfortable at this dealership. Bought the truck and so far all is good. Highly recommend this dealer and Tim as well.

I personally wanted to thank Sara from the service department for all her help and dedication and assistance with getting my ford running again. I only wish that the current smelll of my car was better. When I had the issues with my car originally it brought a bad smell into the cabin. Wish there was a way to fix that issue

Flammer Ford Service department took care of a recall for me.i did not purchase the car there.. Mike said it was not a problem..he called me a few times..Mike kept me updated and was a great help..they gave me a ride home and offered to come and get me if need be. I was more than surprised by the service I received...

Absolutely dog shit of a dealership, bought a used vehicle in December with AC broken, fixed the issue and 6 months later the AC goes out again and wants almost 2,300 dollars... I would of have to spend almost 6,000 dollars on repairs within the first 6 months of owning this vehicle

I have had an amazing experience dealing with Flammer Ford! Especially with my salesman Andrew Navaro. I purchased a 2018 Mazda 6 and it could not have gone smoother. The amount of care and personal touch to make sure my experience was great was truly refreshing. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to go to Flammer Ford. We highly recommend Bill Schwiebert and the Ford Spring Hill family! Going to the car dealership can often be a stressful experience but this was the most pleasant and positive experience here. There was no pressure, it was a calm relaxed environment and the transaction was smooth. I was looking on the web for a Shelby GT500 when I came across Flammer Ford dealership. They had a beautiful black with white stripes so I made a call to sales and spoke with Andrew. I asked if the car was sold or a deposit put on it and he told me no. I worked with Andrew and Russ the sales manager and we came to an agreement on the price. I sent my deposit in and from there is history. This was the last performance car on my bucket list at the age of 70. Andrew drove 3 hours to come and pick me up to take me to the dealership. Beautiful dealership inside and out class A

Not too happy, apparently when you set an appointment, and drop your vehicle off for the day they don't even bother to look at it that day. Don't really understand the appointment aspect then. Total waste of my time and they didn't even bother to call me till almost closing time, all to inform me that, they didn't even look at my vehicle. They said the reason they couldn't look at it was because there computers have been down,(not my problem as a customer, they shouldn't have booked me an APPOINTMENT knowing they couldn't take on that workload) I don't understand why they made me an appointment in the first place if there computers were down. Anyways I Highly Don't recommend bringing your vehicle here for any sort of service/warranty work. Oh and if you do good luck booking an "appointment".

Service center is excellent. My little dog thought he was the boss there. I received a car service for a good value and I hadn’t realized I needed new tires. The waiting lounge is very comfortable with snacks, coffee, and other hot drinks. Didn’t wait long friendly staff.
