Bought a 50 inch TV in May and only lasted 5 months. Still under warranty. Geek Squad came and said it was too expensive to fix so they would replace the TV. 2 weeks later they set up an appointment to bring a new TV. They didn't show up on the appointment day with no call or explanation. I took day off for this. They are coming the next day so here I am taking another day off. UNRELIABLE!! I'll be shopping on Amazon.

I gave 4 because Brian was great. I brought me computer in for repair. It was not repaired correctly. Upon taking it in & explaining to Brian my complaint, he immediately started working to rectify the problem. His concern was obvious to see, correcting the error. He did & exceeded my expectations. Thank you Brian in Spring Hill. This stores Geek Squad should also recognize his great effort here as well because I would have given 1/2 star & a not so nice narrative.

Very difficult to actually talk with a real person. Left my number. Recording said 6 minute wait and that I would not lose my place. They finally called hours later so I didn't even pick up. Very disappointed. Don't waste your time or your money.

Jonathan Czachor helped me in the purchase of my brand new OnePlus phone. Was extremely professional friendly and took the time to activate a new number as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for ease of purchase as well as a friendly conversation.

I have a iPhone 11 was told by Apple to make an appointment with Best Buy because my pn was acting strange. Was told there testing came back good so they would take it apart. At this point I’d been there about an hr. He came out 30 minutes later and said I had a 3rd party screen. I said how can it be a 3rd party screen when I got it from Sprint as brand new. He said that’s a good ? He sd he could change the screen but it would cost me $200.00. Pn was still under warranty plus I hv Apple care. So I left & cld Apple. After being on the pn with them for an 1hour & 1/2 was told by a supv to take it to a different Best Buy. So each appt was a week out and after I got home from the Spring Hill Best Buy realized I now couldn’t even answer a call. So now I hv great difficulty texting, can’t get into my banking or Emails. So my pn was worse off than before I took it to them. I had an appointment today at the Wesley Chapel Best Buy. Took about 2 hrs they ended up changing the screen. Cost me nothing because it was still under warranty. I asked if the screen was 3rd party he said No it was a Apple screen. So basically they new I was a senior citizen and just didn’t feel like doing the work. He also told me that there was nothing in the write up about having taken the pn apart. I think I was nice at giving them 1 star.

Called to ask if they could help telling me where some case leads on my tower plugged in, I was told it would be no problem. I drove an hour to the store for them to tell me they would have to check in my computer, and that it would be 40 dollars per cable. I didn't even want them to do any labor. 80$ JUST TO IDENTIFY TWO CABLES AND POINT TO WHERE THEY GO.\ \ Update: Butler computer repair, less than a mile down the road had no problem showing me where they go, and they didn't even charge me. They were also friendly. I know where I'm going from now on.

Geek squad, worst ever for a iPhone repair. I brought my iPhone 6s in for a battery replacement, the phone was in mint condition. They went to replace the battery, they said it started smoking, they handed me back the phone with their hands in the air and said... “We can’t help you”. On top of all that, when I brought my phone down to the Apple store in international market, they said that the geek squad at Best Buy cracked the screen on my iPhone while they were putting it back together.

Unbelievable! Had an appointment 7/13 at 5:20. Dropped my phone, I was told it will take 2 hours. I came back right before the two hours. They tell me they even haven’t touched my phone!!!! When I had an appointment. They apologize and I was understanding, didn’t complain or anything. They gave me an appointment for the next day. I asked that the phone needed to be fixed the same day. So I asked to give me a time it will be good and enough time for them to finish my phone!!! The guy gave me a 6:40 appointment the next day. Well next day, again I go to the place to my appointment. The guy at the desk tells me that they were working with somebody else and that was gonna take another 20 minutes. And then he tells me my phone won’t be done today because they close at 8 and my repair will take 2 hours. DID I NOT ASKED YOU TO GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT THAT WILL WORK FOR YOU, AND FIX MY PHONE THE SAME DAY!?!?!?! AND YOU GAVE ME THAT 6:40 APPOINTMENT!?!?! \ I drove to the place twice, it’s 20 minutes from my house. I was understanding the first time even tho I had an appointment, I didn’t just walked in! This is ridiculous. Terrible customer service and communication skills! So disappointed. This is the first time a leave a bad review to a company. And I feel terrible. But someone needs to fix that place. Because their scheduling and communication is just BAD.
