Last week I got my hair cut and a stylist named Lisa walked into my dreams. She has a point on personality and so welcoming. I felt like we had known each other forever. Lisa cut my hair to perfection, and she gave me the best shampoo I've ever had. I felt it on every nerve of my scalp. Lisa is the best !

Tip: download the app. I've been using the Great Clips app on and off for a few years now. This will help ease the check-in process, and help you see how many people are ahead of you. I was able to get in right away and find handicap parking right adjacent, which is important to me (I often delay going out and getting simple things done like running errands or getting my hair cut because of pain, crowds and lack of physical accessibility, so the app helps me to check in at a less busy time). On Veteran's Day, the 11th of November, there was free haircuts for veterans but I did not attend that event as I didn't want to deal with potential crowds. It worked out very well that I decided to come today, and check in during this time (late afternoon, after 4 pm), because Lisa checked me in, listened to my needs, concerns and wants with what I liked and didn't like about my current hair situation (it's growing out). Lisa was skilled, kind and thorough, and demonstrated how to use one of the products that would smooth some of the "fuzziness" in my hair that was bothering me. She showed me how much I needed to cut off the length to retain some length, yet cut off any damage, and have more flattering, face-framing layers. I left feeling better than when I came in, and happy to line her up for next time, in four to siz weeks...success! Would highly recommend! Please tell her Michelle sent you.

Just had my hair cut by Grace, she actually knew what a DA was, and cut it exactly how I asked. She was very pleasant to talk to, did excellent job on doing what I asked for. Generally, I can not for the life of me find someone to do this cut. I was going to try a men's shop to see if I could find someone there that might be able to do it. It's technically a men's cut, yet for a woman..easy right? Not at all. Grace shampooed my hair so good I actually couldn't speak as it was the best shampoo I've ever had. This place is outta the way from home, but I will take that drive just to be able to get it cut right and not have to go home and cut what others missed. Great job Grace! Thank you sooo much!

Stylist: It was my first time there, and i forgot her name, but she was amazing. I would have to go to her again as she did my hair perfect. I'll be sure to post when i go back in 2 weeks or so..

Iv been coming here for over a year now and today was the last time what her name was but when I tell you my name 4 times and you look at the screen and then say idk how am I supposed to trust you to cut me or my kids hair. Zero confidence. And then when I say never mind and try to walk out get a all upset and want to get slik. You should be ashamed to work in customer service. And for the record the customer is not always right but when you lose the trust of us it hurts you in the long run. To the rest of the staff in there I'm sorry for having to work whit someone like that must be hard picking up her slack.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for a trim, long layers, and to thin it out a little (I have extremely thick hair) in the chair it looked alright… I get home and blow dry/ straighten it… and notice all these spots where my hair was literally CUT IN HALF… don’t even know how this happened. Beyond upset and disappointed. Literally told the stylist I’m getting married in a month.. and come home to THIS. Completely bawled my eyes out seeing this. Praying my hair stylist for the wedding can work with this disaster of a hair cut. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. Only thing I will own up to, shouldn’t have trusted great clips for something that I thought was simple.
