Went to Great Clips and got just that. Mimi was my stylist and I walked in with the worst haircut EVER and came out with a beautiful cut that I want to keep for ever. Mimi was gentle, friendly, and thoughtful about the cut and how to repair the mess presented to her. She is now my go to always. Thank Mimi!

I checked in online with 0 minutes wait time. When I arrived at the shop, there were 2 attendants available. Jessie took care of my haircut and did a fabulous job, following notes from my previous visit a month earlier.

Came to the salon today. Both of the stylists on said they wouldn’t use a foil shaver. This is ridiculous that I have to bounce around all of your franchise locations just to find one person that can cut my hair. This is the last time. We will not be back!

First experience was horrible I called want to go back to get it fixed and I look like half of my front bangs is cut and the other half is long.
The first stylist was not getting all my hints about my sensories that I have, dry cut in my hair to the point that felt like my head was on fire. Basically look like I had a bowl cut
Second stylist wonderful lady tried her best to fix what the first stylist did, but after coming home and showering it noticing that my bangs were all jacked up my stress was so bad I just I can't deal with it I cannot go back anymore.

Very disappointed with the whole experience. I go to different locations around town and this was my first time using this location. It was on Saturday January 4th afternoon and the young lady who did the cut was not personable at all and acted annoyed whenever I spoke with her. That I can live with, but then when I asked for a little more to be cut in the front she was visibly annoyed so after that I did not ask for any additional help. I was not shown the sides or the back with the mirror like normal so I didn’t notice anything else at the time. After leaving and going home my wife pointed out it was uneven on both sides and not fully cut on the top to blend in and looked horrible. I start a new job this week and this was my cut before my 1st day. Needless to say I will not being going back to the location in the future.

My husband been going there to get his hair cut many times ,a few times his hair was looking awful ? only a couple times it was a great hair cut ,today September 9th 2024 he came home and his hair was all fd up he looked like a 5 year old chopped his hair off one side long one side to short the top all uneven . I asked who the person was that cut his hair he couldn't see the name on her license wherever she got it from because it was covered with a family picture , he said she was short on the heavier side and had dark medium long hair. Don't let her touch your hair, he paid and tipped her and didn't say anything to her about his hair . I am very upset ? she would let him walk out of the salon like that .
