First thing you will smell in the hallways is the animal piss, this places makes enough money to pay for professional cleaning, had the lady get mad at me because the waffle machine quit working, she literally watched me make them, did it right to times before, the timer part quit working,not my problem, wouldn't even attempt to help figure it out, im a extremely nice person to hotel staff, had friends in the industry, they do put up with alot of stuff. Lady was just plan grumpy.
Safety: Could have caused a fire had I not figured out how to get the waffle out of a machine

The manager Guida Patel was absolutely wonderful, she was so quick and helpful when I called her over an error on my reservation. She listened and she resolved my issue promptly. Five stars for her

I've stayed here in the past but it seems like it's gone downhill since then.
Rooms smelled very strongly of cleaner. No vent in bathroom so the room was very humid. Apparently they now allow people to have dogs in the rooms too as we saw several people with them during our stay. I mainly stayed here because there is plenty of parking for my boat.

Very nice inn, room was clean. The room had a nice small refrigerator, we put our leftovers and some sodas in it everything fit perfectly. The inn offers a breakfast bar. It offered eggs scrambled as well as hard boiled eggs. If you liked cereal there was that as well. Also offered were muffins and an assortment of bread.
Apple juice or orange juice whichever you prefer. Not to mention coffee!!
Overall I would say our stay here was a pleasant one.

Price quoted to you on check in is different upon check out when you get home and look at your online credit card you will see that they charge you almost $100 extra and they have no good explanation except that it was a misunderstanding on your part. Don't recommend staying there due to thievery.

I travel a lot for work all I stay in is Hilton owned hotels .
This was absolutely the worst Hilton owed property I have ever been in.
The employees were rude , the room had a horrible smell , bathroom was dirty , bed was extremely uncomfortable.
I will not be staying there again .
As a life time Diamond member I would not recommend this hotel to anyone .

Its the little things that count. The place is very well staffed. The breakfast area is insanly well kept and monitored. Someone is there to immediately clean up after any use.Not sure of its a Florida thing but every employee greeted me in passing and seemed very friendly. Serious props to the overnight manager Kelly. Not only was she super courteous but I witnessed her deal with a post-op Karen, needy mom w a baby, and non guest minor having a psychological issue, all calmy professionally and with a smile. Well done! Raises for Everyone!

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in [Location] and was disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell of humidity. Additionally, the sheets were slightly dirty and had a musty odor. To make matters worse, the room did not have a microwave, which was inconvenient for warming my baby's food and milk. While the customer service was kind enough to offer us a different room, the initial experience was quite unpleasant. I would recommend that the hotel pay more attention to cleanliness and amenities to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests.

My family and I stayed at this location for 6 days. It was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were clean and bright. The breakfast buffet each morning was really great! We made use of the pool a few times, which was always super clean. The staff at the front desk, as well as the staff who tended to the breakfast buffet were all extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. My family and I will definitely stay at this location again. I highly recommend The Hampton Inn in Spring Hill.
Nearby activities: Besides shopping, Weeki Wachee waterpark is a 10 minute car ride away.
Safety: We always felt very safe while staying here, as well as walking around the area.
Walkability: This hotel is in a perfect location. There are numerous stores in walking distance. Dunkin Donuts is right next to the hotel.
