The staff was just plain nasty. The place was supposed to be climate controlled but it was probably hotter inside than it was outside.....also saw reaches and they wouldn't even give us the code because we bought a storage unit and was cleaning it out. I wouldn't rent from this place just plain nasty.

This place is horrible won’t give you a code to get in the gate, has bugs and roaches, the climate control doesn’t really ever work, the front desk people are always very rude and not helpful, I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT FROM HERE

This place is fantastic. The service was on point very professional and they did what they said they would do. Had to rent extra storage space and they matched their price so no hassle on prices.
Ms. Paulette Robinson was great to work with.
Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to store anything for a period of time.

This facility has the front gate left open almost always, the lift gate open a lot of the time, no security, numerous people living in units, making it almost impossible to drive down the passageways, people approach your vehicle when you come to your unit at night that are living there, men using the trees out front as a bathroom, grilles setup and tables in the front grass.
I called, emailed numerous times and none of my concerns ever addressed.
Then I move out because I had a game cam in my unit and I watched the footage and my doors were being pulled on, on numerous occasions.
The facility then refused to refund my payment. They were charging me around the 6th every month which is when I moved my things out, but they still charged me for a full months rent.
Don’t rent here if you want your things and yourself to be safe.
