“So my first time into Michael's in Brooksville florida. I was looking to have a picture that I purchased reframed and I have to tell you the girls in the back were excellent I had no idea what I was doing I knew basically what I wanted but I've never framed a picture they worked with me on Custom Framing and it was a bit more than I wanted to pay and then one of the girls suggested I take a look at some of the other frames and you know what they really stepped out of the box to help me needless to say I ended up paying a little bit more than I wanted to but the end result absolutely beautiful these girls really really knew what I wanted and understood that sometimes you don't pay a lot for a picture but the meaning is there and you still want it to look good and they surpassed my expectations I can't wait till I give this gift on Valentine's Day again the young ladies in the back could not have been more helpful absolutely will go back they have taught me a lot and they have taught me that with the right help you can make an ugly friend picture from a thrift store into a beauty thank you Michaels you exceeded my expectations”
