great experience, Richie was very accommodating to our last minute changes, the pool was built as quickly as possible with only weather and cement drying times slowing them down.
Getting a permit takes about as long as putting the pool in. They are a local family of hard workers. We have been enjoying our pool every day. Thanks

Where do I even begin? I reached out to Richie (Hopper Pool) at the beginning of last year 2024 , and from day one, he was responsive and professional. He came by right away, took measurements, and emailed me a detailed quote along with a video showing how the pool would look. We didn’t move forward right away we were back and forth for over a year but Richie never once made me feel like I was bothering him.
During that time, I asked so many questions, changed the pool plans, resized things, added features you name it. Richie always responded, even after hours and on weekends. Whether he was out on a job or at the office, he always got back to me and followed through. He even came back more than once to remeasure when my husband wanted to make sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. That kind of patience and dedication is hard to find.
One of the things I appreciated most was that his communication stayed consistent, even after the contract was signed. While we waited for permits, I kept asking questions, and Richie never left me hanging. Once construction started, the experience just got better.
Richie and his boys are amazing. They were always on time, respectful, and kept everything clean. They showed up when they said they would, and at the end of each day, my backyard was spotless. Every single one of his subcontractors was kind, professional, and easy to work with. You can tell it’s a family-owned business by the way they treat your home with pride and care.
And the little things really stood out. On garbage days, if they were working at the house, they’d bring my bins in without even mentioning it. That may seem small, but it meant a lot.
If you’re comparing builders, don’t just look at price. What Richie and his family offer is priceless. The service, communication, and respect they showed from start to finish made all the difference. They brought our vision to life, and we couldn’t be happier our pool came out better then we expected. Thank you, Hopper Pool you made this entire experience better than we imagined!

What an experience we had, having our pool built by Hoppers pools! This is a true family run business, Richie and his boys are awesome! From the beginning, their communication, expertise, cleanliness and hard work was a joy. We love our oasis and how it turned out. When looking for a pool build , Hoppers is the perfect choice!

Hopper Pools & Spas did an Amazing remodel on our Pool and with the new Pavers on all areas of our Pool deck. They’re a great family business and were very attention to detail in all areas of the remodel. They were very punctual with show up dates. Richie Hopper (Owner) along with his boys Richie, Joey and Chi Chi Bam did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new Pool or remodel of their existing Pool. Excellent Work!!!

We are thrilled to have chosen Hopper Pools for our pool remodel! They made my idea come to life, even more beautiful than I imagined! What started as “I believe we have a leak and oh, btw, would it be possible to add a spa!!?!” Ended up to be a project not just any pool contractor could handle. They worked quickly and thoroughly, communicating with us along the way. Richie was always pleasant, knowledgeable and quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with the Hopper Family! When I began planning my pool project, I conducted an extensive search and chose Hopper Pools and Spas. They are reliable and a family-owned business, which was a significant advantage for me, as many other builders simply subcontract the work to local owners. I was able to address all my questions and requests directly with Richie and his sons. If you’re looking for an honest builder to handle your pool, whether for repairs or a new build, this is the team to choose. Just be patient with callbacks, as any family-owned business has limited capacity, but you’ll definitely be in good hands.

I have known Hopper pools for about 7 years and was very happy with the work I have inspected so when it came to having my pool resurfaced there was not even another contractor contacted. They did not disappoint. It looks great. I am very satisfied with the work and the time frame to complete the work. Looks like a new pool.

We highly recommend Richie, his sons and let’s not forget Bam!! Hopper pools and spa literally created our 33 year old dream! We especially liked his family approach and southern hospitality when speaking to us at our estimate appt. Compared to the many other pool companies that we received estimates from, Richie stood out as a business we felt we could trust and were we correct!! This family run business was polite, hard working and pure perfection with him, his sons and Bam from start to finish. The contractors Richie uses are top notch, hard working men also. We are COMPLETELY 1,000,000.00 percent satisfied with Hopper pools and spa!!
