Got several emails were sent to me confirming my appointment on Sunday 24 at 6:30 I got there no one else did I called the number got a person told her my problem her answer was to offer to reschedule but she said to wait to see if person was running late if they were no show call them back I did no one answered I am not doing anymore business with h and r after being with them thirty some years

Tax service was complete, did not take very long, only did federal return but the price was way overpriced. $350 is too much for one federal return and for a basic service.

I was greeted with a smile the minute I entered. I was asked if I had an appt. The receptionist was very kind and checked to see if there was any opening for the same tax consultant I used last b year. She told me he can five me a call.i was surprised to hear from Jim so soon. Needless to say, within two hours my taxes where filed. Thank you Mr. Egan
