Carol at this location was incredible. She was extremely helpful and patient when I took over an hour to find me second W2. I come 45 mins out of my way every year to go to her specifically. She's amazing, wouldn't trust anyone else with my taxes

I had a good experience the person doing my taxes was knowledgeable and helpful and nice, but I got screwed over because of a 1099 self employed form. The place I used to work had trainings to take that you could earn money for taking them. So the irs considered that self employment when it wasn’t. So I had to pay an extra couple hundred dollars more in fees when I’ve had family members pay less for actually being self employed but I never was!
