Had a 615 appointment, showed up on time and was told it would be at least an hour’s wait because she had started a perm already, but wait they close at 7 so they won’t be able to see her today. 30 minute drive wasted. And We were just a kids cut. Ugh frustrated

Melissa was beyond amazing. She did my daughters hair it exactly how we wanted!! cut and hi lites!! She got the blonde EXACTLY the cool tone hi lites we were seeking with the money pieces!! I hope we get her agon in the future!!! We will be back!!

So now ya'll are so great at the salon you go on a sliding scale from least experienced to most experience as to what you will charge for a KID'S TRIM/CUT...that's ridiculous and the CHEAPEST is $20... that is so sad. Ya'll used to do a $10.99 kids cut or just a set price....how sad to charge that to trim a little kid's hair and more if it's a more experienced stylist...

I recently moved to Port Richey, Fl from Clearwater. Drove 10 miles for my appointment at the Springhill JCP salon, was on time, they took someone else for my slot as they had more services $$$ and offered to take me 3 1/2 hours later. I'm not new to JCP salon, was a client at Countryside for over 15 years. They said they tried to call me to reschedule, my phone log indicates they called 15 min before appt, I was already there.

Ask for Theresa! I recently had color done at JCP salon in Spring Hill, Fl. I had a really comfortable experience there, while Theresa did some very good and subtle highlights and lowlights. When I left there I felt good about my hair, but felt even better when my husband raved about it. It's just enough to change my graying hair to a nice varied color-- still with gray, but added color-- which changed my very uninteresting gray to a more layered and flattering ashy gray. Highly recommend!

Over priced but good quality work really nice people paid $15 not including tip for them to only cut my son's bangs which took literally 2 minutes not even outta his eyes should've let my mom do it for free next time I know.

They don't honor appointments. I made an appointment, when I showed up they told me to come back 3 1/2 hours later as they filled my slot with someone who has more services $$$.

Let me start by saying stylist was very nice and personable but gave a horrible haircut. I wanted an inverted bob there was no angle at all, I told my stylist how thick my hair was and he did not do any thinning, never checked his work and then proceeded to just lacquer my hair with spray to get it to stay. Asked for laying, got a blunt cut. Also swept the floor directly after cutting before blow drying my hair. I guess my time wasn't important. Cleaned his station on my time. Nice person, not a good experience. Will not return to JC pennyService: Hairstyling
