I THINK LESLIE’S IS ONE OF THE BEST IF NOT THE BEST POOL STORE THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND VERY HELPFUL TO CLIENTS. I LOVE THAT THAT IS THE REASON I CONTINUE TO GO THERE. THEY ARE WONDERFUL.

The WORST! I called to inquire if they could replace my pool pump motors. They sent someone to my house, and the guy said my only option would be to replace the entire pool pump system for almost a grand. I politely declined, and reached out to a local competitor, who replaced my pump motor for a very reasonable price.

They are always very knowledgeable and friendly when I visit the store. They also did a great job with installing new pool equipment at an affordable price. I Strongly recommend them

OK I have been to Leslie's many times and purchased many products including my pool cleaner. I have always been satisfied with the men in the store until now. The woman they hired needs to go. I came in one day and had to return the next day because the ONE staff member knew absolutely NOTHING even with photos I had. We needed to see April. Well they did not have what I needed and the coupon would expire. April told me to go to another store. I said I have a coupon for Leslies. She checked her list on supplies ordered. One was the one I needed. April told me she would hold one of the two that was coming on the delivery. She in fact called me on Wednesday and told me the delivery would be Thursday. I planned on coming in on Friday to be assured of timing. When I arrived, April was not there. I was in there back to the uneducated employee. I told her I was there to pick up my filter as April called me that it was in. I had my coupon. She asked my name and for ID. I said for what? You already saw me whatever. I left it with my bf and walked out. She skipped another customer that had been there for 20 minutes with his 2 kids. Outside he told me he is done with Leslie's. My bf told me she was telling him prices for hoses like $300 & he said no I will take this $20 one. She then helped another customer get chlorine. My bf asked a hose question for me to go to my pump. We had it with us. Again, useless staff answered the same kindergarten answer. I have no clue. April will have to help you. So please tell me WHY OH WHY ARE YOU PAYING FOR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND INEXPERIENCED WORKERS? My patience is 0 for incompetent staff! I got what I need for now. I will be back when you correct your stores mess! Clean it up because there is too much competition out there and you WILL lose business because of this!!!! God bless you! Prayers for your mess!

looking for pool cleaning and they don't even do it themselves want you to call all different people to see if they can do it. don't advertise as pool cleaning if you aren't gonna do the job

The team at Leslie's in Springhill is always friendly and very helpful. I knew nothing about pools before moving here and they were patient and helped me learn. The prices are good and they always have a great selection of tools, toys and chemicals.
