Another store messed up my girlfriend’s overseas plan, so I called this store for help. Dom was very patient and helpful! He definitely needs a raise or recognition because I know how frustrating service can be when helping customers over the phone. Thanks Dom!

I had the best experience at this Metro, They had what we needed and if they didn't they still helped us with all Our Questions.We were in and out with a Purchase of a iPhone.THEY WERE ALSO THE ONLY ONE IN HERNANDO COUNTY Spring Hill Area that We called and they were completely professional.

I went to this store close to my house. The manager Brittany not helpful almost like a robot. I've been a long time customer upgraded one line a11 galaxy. Did not know the phone doesn't have the antanena to support a medical app we need. She quoting the store policy no return unless it was a new line. She said I would have to pay full price for any exchange total rip off. This place gets zero stars.

Had to replace a brand new phone due to phone not working right. Then had to wait for the new phone to come in. Went to pick new phone and had to pay a activation fee AGAIN because there phone failed. Also have to pay for a new phone protector! We have been with this company for many years and not satisfied. I even spoke to the General manager of Springhill Florida and she said she was to busy to handle it to call customer service. Also the warranty phone is not set up. Beyound upset with this company!

My phone has no connection and hasn't had any since Monday. The manager explained that all Metro towers are being upgraded., And have been been worked on for over 2 weeks. No timeframe for restoration of service, no offer of reimbursement of money for the time I am unable to use my phone. I've been a customer since. 2007 and expected at the very least some sincere concern.I do appreciate the offer from the owner to solve my phone problem, thank you.Yesterday morning I went to the Commercial Way Metro store to ask how long before the repairs on the towers would be completed and I would have phone service again. Imagine my surprise when they took my phone and spent 20 minutes accessing my account and switching the towers my phone accesses.I would have been understanding and would have cheerfully driven to the Commercial Way Metro store to get my phone problem solved Thursday if the employees had said they were new and /or unsure how to fix my issues.

The clerk has such a thick accent we had a very difficult time at your store because of it Also he wasn't that knowledgeable about our needs. So we left without making making a sale. Sorry but I am changing my service.

Let me first start by saying if I could give this place zero stars I would and this review is in no way a reflection of John or Calli who are good agents. The so called manager Jenny or Jennifer who still has a job because she is friends with the district manager from what I understand is by far the worst manager I have come in contact with in my many years at Metro. Stay clear of the two locations you will find this person. My first interaction with Jennifer was when I went shopping for a new phone. I walk in the find her and a trainee assisting another customer. Over 5 minutes passed before the trainee finally acknowledged I was even in the store. I waited another 5 minutes in vain, nothing from this so called manager. I believe this woman is a racist against her own people me being Hispanic myself. I walked out and ended up at the other location were I was helped by John. I spent over $200.00 on a new phone with a tempered glass and new case. My old phone I was transferring to my wife's number and I knew I had to wait at least 24 hours. 2nd interaction with Jennifer was 24 hours later where I explained that I wanted to transfer my wife's line to my older phone, now this is a trick to get you to buy a new phone... She explained that I would need to wait over 48 to 72 hours to make the change. You don't and don't let anyone tell you different. I wanted to say something or ask a question and her response was 48 to 72 hours, she said it over 3 times to the point I had to say I got that no need to keep repeating the same thing. I left the store called Metro customer service and the change was made at no cost within minutes. The trick is to give 72 hours for the change over so you're forced to buy a new phone and sim card when you don't need too. 3 and last interaction with the beast... My new phone cover and tampered glass which was not placed on currently cracked at one of the corners where the glass was already coming off the screen $29.99, the case which has the stand broke off another $20.00 or so gone. I went in as I was told to to request an exchange and immediately before I could even complete my sentence was told by Jennifer she would not exchange it and repeated herself three times as she talked over me. At this point I was officially done ask for her name which she does not wear a nametag by the way and walked out. Just a side note for any owners of these locations, your stores are empty and your agents are afraid to provide good customer service for your clients due to the lack of management skills Jennifer has. You want business, you want good reviews and productive employees? You need to fire Jennifer ASAP!. Also I left my name and number and never received a call back but I will stop by the store again to find out why. You might as well close your locations now if you keep this person on. Thank you to Calli and John for being professional on a daily basis, you are a reflection of the Metro core principles.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS NEST OF THIEVES. Rude and unprofessional people. They will push all kind of services and accessories that you don't need. The girl who work there is the worst! I don't know how they still on business.

They told me if I bought a 30 dollar screen protector it would be protected if anything happened to it. I had two other people with me I even asked twice to explain because 30 is a lot for a protector. Not one of us heard her say unless it cracks. In 8 day's one of the 4 phones(120$$) cracked so when I went in to pay my bill I told them I didn't have that phone but will be coming in to get it replaced. She said I told you not if cracked. I stated I askedbyou to explain 2 times and didn't hear you say that. She got rude. I left, 2 days later that phone cracked again but just from a game play? So we looked and it seemed to have dirt under it. So I called 611 metro said to take it back to her and we will let them know to replace. I drove all the way there a couple days later she still refused but lifted the screen so now its in pieces. So I called 611 they said its up to the store policies. But I saw customers go in and listening she started to sell to them the same thing she was not saying anything about not covered if cracked to them so I spoke up to tell them. She started screaming get out now! Get out of my store now! I am calling police because she DIDN'T want them to know. Metro operator was hearing her so I am not exaggerating very rude and lying to sell!!

I've been with Metro over ten years and have never had someone so rude as the young girl (no name tag) in that store was. I went in for a new phone cause my Alcatel was not working properly. So I picked an Lg. She was so pushy wanting me to buy the case, screen, and extended warranty. She would not let it go even after saying no 3 times. She went on to say if I got one scratch on it that it would void any warranty. I've had the extended warranty before and learned my lesson. I could have bought a couple of new phones with as much as I paid in AND what they don't tell you is there is also a deductible! Which happen to be $100. Hell that's what I paid for the phone in the first place! So when I said no again she got mad and pushed my phone and paperwork over to the other guy in the store (name started with N) and told him just to turn on the phone. Now I've been to other stores and they have always been so helpful with getting my phone set up and answering any questions. Not this time. I will not go back to that store.
