I would give this store zero stars if i could.
I came into the store to activate my new I-phone. I was told by the genderLESS human behind the counter with full on makeup and red lipstick that he had no idea what i was talking about, and i could do it on the app, or call 611 customer service. I left sitting in front of the store when the man came out behind me to meet his boyfriend. This customer service person must not of had time for me as he kissed, hugged and made-out with the man outside. I will never step foot in this store again, and would not recommend.

Dom is an asset to Metro. He helped us with a great attitude and knowledge of the product. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for an excellent Metro store.

Vladimir helped me out tremendously today. I was in a tight situation and didn't know what to do. He fixed my problem fast and was super friendly. I wanted to give a better review and do the survey but never received a text to do survey. 10/10 thank you Vladimir your the man!

Terrific customer service..informed me of the promotions..The agent Don made sure all my questions were addressed..I will recommend this store to my friends..what a wonderful experience, for sure not the service I received from Metro at Spring Hill Dr...Thank you!!!

TLDR" 10 calls-15 HOURS - customer service - 0/10.
20 minutes- Dom & Dale at metro store-- 100/10.
Helped me fix something customer service couldn't and the other customer well past closing. Other customer wasn't even a metro problem but they fixed her phone.
I went into this store just before closing.. sorry guys... but Dom and I believe the other mans name was Dale, were just awesome. I had purchased a phone online from metro and activated it. Then I wanted to swap that device with another device on my lines. 10 calls and 15 HOURS later trying with the customer service and they could not get it working. It said they were hooked up right and yet the phone was still attached to the wrong number. They stayed late without complaint and helped me fix the problem which 10+ other customer service agents couldn't do. Also they had a customer as I walked in who got a phone and she left but came back after they closed and they still helped her set up her phone. Even though the problems she was having were not related to anything with Metro service. He still spent a bunch of time getting this other customers phone all set up with Google and fixing all her issues. Which in my opinion was not his job at all because it had nothing to do with Metro but they went above and beyond to help. The guys are the best. I recommend going here!!

Don't even want to give a 1 star review. Hours posted for Sunday are 10am-4pm.... Here it is 2:30pm.. doors locked and lights shut off. At least put a sign on the door if you lock up early!

The only thing I like is the price of the service is really good many times I lose connection when I'm on data now they won't even put a screen protector on for me anymore unless I buy it from them

I purchased a phone about a month ago I tried opening the case to put in my SD card in I noticed the phone was separating on the corner of the phone so I went to a Metro store to see if I could just change out the defective phone for a new Galaxy A14 which is what I purchased. I figured it wouldn't be a problem because I paid for insurance on the phone but the employee told me I had to pay a $65 deductible and get the nee phone activated which I believe was $50 plus $40 for service for the month I asked can't you take the Insured phone as the deductible but the employee was more interested in selling me a completely different phone so I called the Metro I purchased the phone at and asked the employee who answered the phone if I could bring the phone there and exchange it for the same model she said she was with a customer and hung up on me I will never deal with this place again
