I went in to switch my phone from the one I broke. The guy told me yesterday it would be $30. I go in today and was told by another employee that the price has changed and it's $50 now. The guy I talked to yesterday just shrugged and said I guess the price changed. Both times I have gone in they want to do nothing to help me. After they told me $50 I went down the street to the other metro on spring hill Dr where he was very helpful and amazingly the price dropped to $27

Absolute worst customer service, the manager Takia was rude with no interest in being helpful- drive the few extra miles to a different store for better customer service.

I am not tech savvy and very frugal. I almost left with my crappy phone but Jose hooked me up with a way better phone and a better price. Can somebody please tell Jose that I love my new phone!

Very amazing place very caring professional and kind down to earth management and the manager cares about people ty for taking good care of me. They don't take advantage of people they will go above and beyond to make sure not to break your bank.

I had a memorable experience at this store. Gail, the manager, was amazing!! She handled all the issues I had, and she went above and beyond to help me. She introduced new equipment to me, and I added an internet box to my service. She provided excellent customer service and made me feel very welcome in the store. I'm glad to be a metro pcs customer because of people like her. The other 2 people working, Wilfred and Sally, were wonderful as well. Thank you guys for what you did to fix my phone and make sure I didn't lose anything on my phone.

I had the most satisfying interaction with Arielle, store manager. She was pleasant, informative, and patient. Arielle helped me zero in on the issue I was having and fixed the problem in no time at all. 100% satisfied!!!!

Great customer service, very helpful. That being said, I tried to pay with a 100$ bill and they told me the machine they use to deposit there money would not accept it. The bill came from the bank, and I got the bill checked again and it was not counterfeit. Again customer service was awesome but it is a little embarrassing being told my money is not legitimate when it is.

I went into Metro by T - Mobile to see about buying a phone or getting a free phone, since I've been a customer and never got a free phone when I joined because I had recently gotten a phone from Cricket. Worse move ever to transfer a phone. Anyway, the system was down and she couldn't bring up my information. But it was 45 minutes before closing, so Ariel was a great help and answered many of my questions. Although the system (Spectrum) never did come up for the remaining time, she was so professional and gave me such good service I will come back and do business there with her. She already came highly recommended by a couple of friends of mine. You have a very special young lady there!
